For the Eastern and Western Rites, St. Thomas Aquinas wrote that cross dressing is a no-no. The tomboy fetish is a fetish for insecure manchildren who want a woman who is a 10/10 physically (extremely fit, banging body, either very large or no breasts depending on his preference, very beautiful and feminine face despite dressing boyish and having short hair) but who is extremely low maintenance and doesn't have any expectations and doesn't require any social skills from the man to interact with.
