Sakupan is some obscure vtuber whose only claim to fame is that she's married to gaming youtuber Karasuma (Japanese vidya reviewer in the vein of AVGN).

The older versions of the tweet both mention that Sakupan was able to convince hospital staff to let her take care of Mike until her next hospital visit instead of police protection or a prolonged hospital stay. Edit 1 just omits the "just" out of "Mikeneko was just taken to the hospital", but edit 2 nuked her involvement in the situation while locking the replies.
