There should be a strong safety net for the genuinely weak and vulnerable. Disabled kids, workers who have been injured, the disabled and short term help for those whose jobs and need it between jobs. You need gatekeepers to make sure people do t grift the system.
Workers rights are important, Scandinavian style unions work well.
Universal healthcare is a good thing. Again it needs to be well managed (the NHS is t poorly funded it’s poorly managed and admin heavy.)
