Overall, too much focus on the docket history, but a good strong order
so this means that russ is now officially in breach of all of his court ordered deadlines, right?

I'd assume so, yeah.

now i'm curious what this means for the case going forward
will the court by itself put out rulings where it chastises and punishes russ for not delivering on time? or would hardin have to file motions to get that to happen?
I assume that if by the end of today we don't see anything new, Mr. Hardin will probably have to ask the court. If it wants to do it itself, it should issue an additional order soon.

Realistically, what scantions could Russ face if that's where this is headed? (Admitidly) Surface level searching doesn't really show what scantions can be put on a pro se litigant. Like he can't be put in front of a panel to get yelled at or be forced to do online training. And good luck trying to get ANY money out of him.

He could get his case dismissed for failure to prosecute. He could be forced to cover the costs of Null in filing motions (like what happened with Melinda). He could be forced to pay for everything. Could Null collect? Maybe. The court certainly could garnish Russ' wages. Technically speaking, the court could jail him until he complies with its motions. The court could do a lot. That said, the first two are the most likely outcomes if any.

I kinda doubt we'll see any other prompt action from the court. It's been dragging its feet so long and it had the opportunity to just draft all of its orders and file them concurrently, so if we got just the one, then that's probably all the court's giving us for now.

There are some fairly involved motions for it to consider, so even if it planned to rule on them without Russell's overdue responses, it'd take considerable work. The simplest would be if the court were able to dismiss the case entirely and simply deny them all as moot, but I don't think we're there yet.

I think the wisest (and easiest) decision would be for the court to file a concurrent motion giving Russ a final deadline to comply warning about possible dismissal/sanctions. It tosses the ball a bit down the road, but does actually force the case to move ahead, and sets it up to be hard to appeal.

What do you think Russ's next move will be? How will his retard brain react to the present circumstance?

I think he files something unrelated to the overdue responses or schedule. Maybe a new request for time or some form of objection to the new decision.
Oh, the tried and true Melinda Scott “I DO NOT CONSENT TO THIS DECISION”

IMO probably ignore it, he seems more focused on the dumb brothel shit at the moment. Or he would spit out a really half-assed response last second

I'm tripling down on my prediction that he's going to ignore it/deny it until the judge dismisses the case, so he can play the victim on social media. He's not getting the DJF back on board for free, and he's not interested in doing the hard work of a lawsuit. He'll take his appeal "win", and cry about being a poor li'l pro se David who got unfairly stomped by the Goliath of normal motion filings.
