In 2019, the Squamish Nation announced plans to build a housing development on this land. Initially planned for 3,000 units, it was later increased to 6,000 units. The tallest buildings in the development will be 56 storeys and are exempt from local height restrictions. The development will also include 886 vehicle parking spaces, 4,477 bicycle parking spots, parkspace, and a transit hub on the south end of the Burrard Bridge.

This development isn't "undeniably Indigenous"; it sounds like every other modern globalist development out there.

The housing shortage they blame zoning but also corporations for (not immigration of course)...and the solution to that is MORE corporation-owned housing.

As for screaming at ambulances, there was a video posted way back earlier in the thread where someone (I think it was a biological female) started filming an ambulance with "There is...someone PARKED in the BIKE LANE!!!" and sounded so over-the-top and "literally shaking" with anger that I thought it to be a goof until she started harassing the driver.
