The woman in this post is maybe a pick-me but mostly she is downright insane, if a woman views her daughter as competition that is extremely sick.

I think a lot of pick-mes also just want attention not just specifically from men, but just any attention and it is just easier to get it from men.

Nah, they'll only make friends with low self esteem girls / girls who are uglier than them who they can feel better than and who will let them take out their bad moods on them. Positive attention from women is not valuable to them.

As a very devoted and present mother, and a hard-working person, I have and have always had zero antipathy toward anyone who chose a different life architecture. Why would I? What someone else does is no concern of mine. Same consideration cannot be said to be running the other direction from these dumbelinas. They are so threatened by imaginary haters, when in fact those of us who did it differently wouldn't waste a second's thought on them if they weren't constantly lobbying their silly, sad little grenades. If you're confident in your choices, you don't have to advertise or monetize them or aim to validate them at others' expense.
