Plastic is the standard for the food industry, mate. Everybody chops on plastic, wooden boards tend to be gross or straight up forbidden because of sanitary issues.Okay, yeah. I won't turn this into another tripod thing so I'll keep it brief.
There is a cut here:

You can see it from the audio and the visuals as well.

The reflection of Cog was in the first bit but not the second. The lid is now lined with condensation but the ceiling fan and light is still clearly visible.
The lid handle "teleported".
Two clips were stitched.

(That's a shallow casserole that's around 25 pounds delivered on Amazon, what a pleb.)
Then we have this:

It takes lamb around 20 minutes for rare and 30 minutes for medium. In the video, clearly the lamb was put in raw, and the end has the lid open with cooked lamb (looks like medium well) revealed. Clearly there was a cut.
Yeah, those are her claws. If you're asking why they appear so white, it could just be lighting and Cog's shitty Chinese Android putting on a little Chinese princess whitening filter or his wife could be half White.
I'm also going to do the unthinkable and defend her cooking. It looks fine. Curries don't need presentation, they are usually presented in trays like this with some condiments and dosa/appam.
Her cooking is leagues above any Sektur scum and better than the average burger, or a Masterchef by Bong standards.
My only nitpick is this:

Cog is so broke, he can't even afford a proper wooden chopping board. She's cutting microplastics and whatever unknown scum adhered to this plastic cheap garbage into Cog's curry.
Her onion cutting skills are pretty good though.
Look, I can go full snobbery and call her a lazy bitch for using some cheap circular grinder for her spices instead of a mortar and pestle which... that's too much isn't it?
