I finally watched it today without reading the comments and I swear it was Chris Colfer too. I hear traces Dylan but its really blurry. The fact that he met him makes it even more suspicious.
Some other observations

• - The color grading is something that can only be described as off for the tone of of the music video.
• - The house looks like a 1970s porn den. There shag carpet in most of the rooms including THE BATHROOM. Theres also a velour headboard against a spinning circular bed with a mirror on the ceiling. Combine that with the aged, dingy color grading and it makes it look like a porno-horror flick set in Mexico.
• - Heather Dubrow is supposed to be the mother in the credits and theres a lifeguard extra thats never referenced in the song. I remember when music videos used to tell a coherent story that you could follow along with 10 years ago. Guess those are gone now. The whole production seems super lazy and half assed like Dylans attempts at being a woman.

Looking at the wiki page for most disliked YT vids it appears that the most the ratio will go to is 95%

YT's policy also doesn't allow artificial engagement. I'm sure some sleazy methods slip through the cracks all the time, though. I don't think YT is doing it. YouTube will take away fake likes if they find them on your videos, in fact.

Given the fact the Dylan is 1.) a protected class (troon) and 2.) the most Astroturfed "influencer" to ever exist, it wouldn't be surprising if YouTube "accidentally" forget to apply that rule in this case.

I get why you say that but that's just not how platforms like YT work. The rules are coded and valid across all creators. One would need to make changes by hand and Dylan is just NOT important enough to get that kind of treatment, kek. Of course botting is against YT rules, as is against the rules of any platform. But we all know bots exist and likes/follows can eaily be bought for a couple bucks. Platforms remove them via automated systems but not daily, so you will see drops in likes and follows periodically. Tldr: I am very certain the dislikes are organics, and a certain portion of likes COULD be botted.

Even if they are not, imagine being this freak of a man and knowing that 9 out of every 10 people hate your fucking guts. Any room he walks into, is a room he is despised in. And not even by Kiwis. By normies, too. He is speeding toward that 41% real damn fast.

I can believe he’s on HRT. For men going on HRT, they have the disadvantage of testosterone being so much more potent than estrogen, so a MTF has to take androgens, in addition to estrogen to block out the testosterone. It’s why a FTM can start looking more like a “man” in a shorter amount of time on HRT than a MTF to look like a “woman.”
