Litigation Fund

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
I didn't have to sign an NDA but the outstanding issue is resolved.

- They retract.
- They issue a business certified copy of the retraction.
- They help me reclaim a domain that would otherwise be lost for good.

Someone else hasn't been returning our certified mail and now with this retraction there is zero basis to their claims. Not retracting now is proof of actual malice. I'm not asking for much here.
We rarely see eye to eye but this a good win. I have my doubt's others will follow suit but this does ruin the current narrative that there's CP on the site. They probably know this will ruin their reputation on X, but given that they have so much crap going on I doubt they could afford yet another lawsuit. They have a lot of bad PR so this wont hurt them, losing even a little bit of money defending themselves would.

I wonder what all those people who used Epik's statement as proof that we were naughty are feeling right now? Onto the next one, I'm sure whatever freak is next feels awfully jumpy now that the massive legal fund is no longer gonna be watered down by Epik's case.
From the sound of things a certain professor at Harvard University still has a chance to bend the knee too. But a chance that is closing rapidly.

Now I only wish I had a Twatter account to read all of the replies blasting their ass
Here's a few I grabbed before privacydev.net got rate limited again

Quick reminder that this is all Null wanted to accomplish, because:

And the message is loud and clear. Everything that Epik said about the site is false, Liz loses a piece of ammo to strongarm service providers into dropping us, and smear merchants get the message that they can't publish libelous statements about the site if it's set in the letter of the law that those statements are libelous.

No need to go for damages because the main goal has been accomplished. It's not like Epik would pay those damages anyway.

Monero well spent! Keep on racking up the W's Null, there are thousands of us who will financially support you against these cretins

Remembering what Josh said on Mati about Honeycomb and LFJ, we'd need at LEAST 500k for big corpo lawfare. Hold your enthusiasm, baby steps.
Yeah, of course. I'm just sick of seeing Josh being defamed and fucked around with by these faggots. This is probably one of the last places on the Internet where you can just say whatever you like and he does a thankless job preserving that. There are ideals there that are worth protecting, I want to see these people punished very swiftly for the shitshow they've caused, I want them to know they will never, ever get away with it. I just don't know how I can contribute to that more and I've figuratively got an itchy trigger finger.
