That is Kristal Stone's baby. That's who I thought Sammie was stealing her ultrasound shit from (I was clearly wrong). Kristal and her sister SaVanna are cousins of Sammie and Sabrina I think, but Sammie calls them her sisters. Sammie says that she named Skylander after SaVanna but it was really only the Kay part, which is SaVanna's middle name. SaVanna had a baby around the same time as Sabrina, so her daughter Kaylee (I'm unsure of the spelling and don't care to look it up) is in some of the pics with all of the babies and some with just Ismael (Sabrina's kid). The Stone girls seem to be good, productive members of society with clean, well-cared-for children so we don't talk about them much.
