I want to understand what Fat expects the police to do, like assuming all these supposed swatting attempts are real (despite no police records on most of them in the daily logs of Milwaukee PD) the last time Milwaukee PD didn’t take threats of violence and murder right it was Jeffrey Fucking Dahmer. Like what the fuck is the end goal? The case will need evidence and there’s no evidence that the cops are targeting him.

In all seriousness, Patrick S Tomlinson expects the police to handle his specific situation as if he were a celebrity that gets swatted frequently completely outside of their own control and actions. Certain police departments have policy's and procedures for high risk parties. Beverly Hill Police Department knows that if something bad happens at say Justin Beiber's home, they need to respond in a very specific manner. I would imagine they have a "password" or some direct means of communication with people on file authorized to be taken seriously.

The problem is this does not work if every single stupid faggot deems themselves a high swatting risk, this would make it impossible to keep track of these things, the secret policy's and procedures would become public and bad faith actors would figure out a means around them very quickly. It just does not work if every unemployed twitter addict thinks of themselves as important as Patrick does. Not to mention Justin Beiber hasn't spent the last 5 years of his life all day on twitter telling anyone laughing at him they are all going to be prosecuted for laughing at him. Didn't Milwaukee PD tell him to stop engaging with the trolls? Doesn't every single law enforcement group ever tell people that? Don't engage with anyone harassing you online? If this shit ever goes to trial that's going to be the first question. "Why are you encouraging this if you find it as harassing and threatening"? After that I'm sure they are going to do the math on the odds none of the "swatting events" ever interrupted any of the Airbnb guests stay. Also worth a mention why is Patrick supposedly knowingly putting their lives at risk for profit? None of his shit makes any sense, it's all just a bluff to force a quick settlement. I am no attorney but, I don't think they are going to roll over and take this one. If Patrick is successful even in a low offer settlement I would have to imagine every unemployed lolcow from Chris-Chan to Shane Nokes trying the same hustle.

Wouldn't it be really funny if the MPD counter-sued him for wasting police resources? Even if they can't prove he's swatting himself the burden of proof of a civil trial is much lower than a criminal case. How many lolsuits has he been involved in now? 3 or 4 Now? None of them have ever gone his way. Didn't' he used to sell insurance? Aren't those guys supposed to be able to calculate real life risk/return? Tomlinson really is God's personal punching bag.

This is another situation just like, if I'm remembering it right, the Patty Labelle incident (it could be an entirely different one for all I can remember) where Pat started sharing details that the police supposedly shared with him that are HIGHLY unlikely for any police to share with someone so far on the periphery. When these details eventually start coming out months later, if he's somehow getting them correct again, you have to ask yourself, which is more likely. Is it more likely that the police are ignoring all protocols and sharing sensitive information with someone who is actively suing them? Or is it more likely that Pat got his information through another "source", such as, let's just use this as a hypothetical, having some part in the placement of these threats?

Patrick went from having judge from the Dassey case to the Judge who in 2009 was accused of being biased and refused to take new criminal cases. 2021 he forcing everyone who entered his courtroom to be vaccinated.

Waukesha County is a weird mixture of skids, hicks, and upper-middle-class conservatives. It's probably one of the last suburban areas in the country where a schoolboy can get away with calling another kid a faggot without the incident becoming national news. This story doesn't at all strike me as notable, it's just some unhinged local rando doing those threats.

Don't know how many people are aware of this but as far as bomb threats go - At a nerd convention Patrick was due to attend a couple of years ago (Penguincon), he tweeted out that there'd been a bomb threat called in, where the whole building had to be evacuated. He deleted this tweet a few minutes later. I remember over at the forrems at this time, we couldn't find anything on Google about this and Space Edge called the hotel where the event was held. The receptionist he spoke to said she'd been working there the entire weekend the event took place and there was absolutely no bomb threat called in and actually sounded shocked somebody would lie about it.
