I wonder what about "qualified immunity" piggy doesn't understand. As long as the cop isn't doing anything that is a breach of their duty as officers of the law, a violation of criminal law, or a violation of civil rights, you can't sue them for the proper execution of their duties. The speed at which this Order came out and the references described makes me think this is the Milwaukee civil court's general procedure for "get on with it" - someone with PACER could check other filings perhaps.

This is a disaster for the fatman, because he is INCAPABLE of listening to advice from counsel, and will NOT let his lawyer "talk to the other side" and work out various things.

The only thing that remains to be seen is if someone is tard wrangling him and can force him to shut up and listen. Watch twitter posting rages for hints on that.
