Mikeneko Update
Mikeneko is now threating some random commentary youtuber[a1][a2] Pokekamen for using one of her official artwork for thumbnail. She also brought up the scandal about him fucking a 17 years old girl when he was 20. I guess she's recovering very quick eh?
She's also trying to start a criminial case over Korekore's stream with Mafumafu for allowing her ex husband to spread misinfomation about her. There's no way pigs will do anything to support her but she doesn't understand that.

In the US, people that abuse the court system can essentially have their rights to sue people severely restricted.

Does this exist in Japan too? Or can insane women like this be constant nuisance to people?

They just say "Okay we're gonna look into this case later" to calm retard down then never look into that
I don't know if there's punishment for that

I guess you mean this video:

If you want to see japanese public freakouts & other embarassing things, this channel is a goldmine:
You're amazing, thank you! Honestly I like the culture of just ignoring people--either they are also embarassed by their actions and would prefer you do so, or they're fishing for attention and it is then better to ignore them anyways. I assume this is the same reason why freaking out in Japan leaves you to your own devices, vs. the US where people will be naturally curious and concerned for your wellbeing, even if you are embarassed by that

This is something that I might be able to answer.

While there are no laws against vexatious litigation, Japanese courts are given a lot of discretion into what they want to pursue. Judges can tell you to fuck off in the preliminary phase. The PPO can tell you to fuck off even before then. The Japanese Bar association also has a fuckton of power and can tell you to fuck off.

The problem comes IF someone takes them seriously, because the police can be an absolute nightmare. The accused in Japan have significantly less rights than they do in America.

Are you chinese?
Surprisingly, a lot of Americans (mostly males) hate Japan. Mostly because they hate the "cartoons" there.

And, no, I'm not kidding. This isn't even a "hurr durr straight white males" thing. It's something fairly bizarre with; I shit you not, the kind of people who hate what they believe to be kids stuff. The "if this wasn't around, so many of the world's problems would be solved" kind of mindset.

Unsurprisingly, when comics and cartoons were at their nadir in the United States, crime reached unprecedented levels by the 1970s and 80s. Japan described this as "the American Disease". Comics and cartoons were also heavily censored and under scrutiny by "morality in media" groups that were funded by fundamentalist Christians, and it's just ingrained in American society that it doesn't like animated or drawn anything unless it is for kids. This stigma also liked to lump fans of animation and comics as being only male as well as perverts and losers, and that sort of perspective still goes on today. Most of them hate moe anime because they think men create it, despite moe anime being created by females out in Japan and not lumped in to believe this horseshit.

I fuucking hate your nation. I really hate them.
But why? I know anime and your nationality have been questioned, but is it deeper? At least mention some war crimes to give your argument some meat. Or idk, the really fucking crazy idol culture where obsessed fans will kill their idols if they find they're dating a guy. If you're gonna be racist, own it. Otherwise you're a faggot that belongs on /pol/.

Edit: I think this came off a bit harsh in a way I didn't intend lol, I'm getting a lot of hats.

He's probably Korean, since some Koreans have a hateboner towards Japan so big, it can rival how bad TDS can be for some people in the US.
More recent generations don't really care about that, the conflict was from another time as far as they're concerned. They absolutely hate the chinese though, but who doesn't.

Koreans are strange about hating Japan. They definitely hate Japan, and you can tell they hate Japan, but when you point out that they hate Japan, they'll get offended that you noticed and act like they don't hate Japan at all. I've noticed this irl.

So literally the meme "it's not like I like you or anything, baka!" :story:
