Despite it being transferred and given a case number, it does not yet appear on Pacer

Documents 99-1, 99-2 not attached due to to them being files we already have
We're on CourtListener now with the new case number. Mr. Hardin's already filed his pro hac vice motion -- he doesn't need local counsel for this. Greg Skordas and Stewart B. "Sir-Not-Appearing-In-This-Lawsuit" Harman were sent complimentary copies of the attorney admission procedures, but will probably just be cheering us on from the sidelines.

>Actual female & first elected in her district

She's a tad greasy in this photo but it appears she cleans up alright.

If Josh wins can he file to have Greer declared a vexatious litigant or something?
I think what Moon wants most of all is to have this case dismissed WITH prejudice. If you have a case dismissed with prejudice it means Greer cannot ever refile this case again. He could appeal the prejudice, which to my understanding could go really badly if it is not granted.
If the case is dismissed without prejudice then Greer can simply just file again. Tbqh I can't imagine a case going on for so long being dismissed without prejudice.

Former military. Appointed by GWB. Kinda attractive. Doesn't seem like the type of judge to tolerate bullshit from Russell. Here's hoping.
I wonder how she feels about people who own brothels. I don't think she would look upon such a thing favorably. Perhaps if someone wanted to get time to get money to pay for lawyers with their brothel as a source of income, she would look upon that unfavorably.

*and the planned lawsuits against Alejandra Caraballo, Liz Fong-Jones, and Honeycomb
I will say the more wins Josh stacks up the more easier it is to win other cases. Other potential defendants will see a history of success and feel more legally threatened. Which is not incorrect, if someone has demonstrated a successful suit of one person who did something you did as well then it is much more likely they could successfully sue you.

This is part of the Reason why I think the victory against Epik is so good. This is especially true because it probably didn't cost that much.
Can you provide citations for everything except your first sentence? Especially in regards to Rule 12.
Lets GOOOOOOOOOOO

"Clerk, please throw that late, nonsensical, drool stained motion in the trash where it belongs."
Like we all told him, as far as Florida's concerned, he never filed that dumb motion
If the case is dismissed without prejudice then Greer can simply just file again.
Not if it's dismissed on the merits. Any dismissal on the merits, including 12 (b) (6) is equivalent to dismissal with prejudice, and will trigger res judicata

This case has now been moved close enough to me that I would absolutely attend any in-person hearings and document what I can. Love having a little Pensacola getaway from time to time at the Portofino Resort, and getting to witness this disgusting wet mythological creature in person would be the icing on the cake.
