Well, Dobson certainly has weird views on women, especially when they dare speak against him, but I doubt he's actually conciously hating them. I guess if they oppose his views, he dismisses them (as you said) or he simply dismisses their disagreement (like Chris, who's willing to blame this on the girl PMSing).
Another of his fabled tactics is to simply claim that it's a male troll pretending to be female to make him look bad. He did invoke that when Rachel ripped him apart, he's just a step away from doing it now.
However the idea that Dobs subconciously hates women doesn't seem too far off. The least we can tell is, that he's easily frustrated with them, that he has a really condescending and paternizing way of dealing with them when he's not busy putting the pussy on a pedestral. Maybe that's why he gets along so great with Tumblr trannys. All you have to do is agree and nod... and since I doubt he's actually attracted to them, there's no sexual frustration. It's just plain old virtue signaling in a parasitic kind of way.
