RIA news agency said at least three people in camouflage clothing had opened fire at the Crocus City Hall, and that some people had been wounded.

Police had arrived at the scene, RIA said.

Video footage published on Russian social media channels showed chaotic scenes, with a large crowd of concertgoers attempting to flee the hall, followed by gunshots.

Other video footage showed a number of people lying motionless in pools of blood outside the hall

Reuters was unable immediately to verify the footage.

TASS news agency reported an explosion and a fire in the building where the shooting took place.

The Kommersant newspaper posted footage online showing smoke billowing from what it said was the concert venue building.

A U.S. intelligence official told the AP that U.S. intelligence agencies had gathered information in recent weeks that the IS branch was planning an attack in Moscow, and that U.S. officials had privately shared the intelligence earlier this month with Russian officials.

The official was briefed on the matter but was not authorized to publicly discuss the intelligence information and spoke to the AP on condition of anonymity.

Diplomacy could save many lives.
Unfortunately the Russian side has repeatedly expressed that they have no interest in negotiations.

Unfortunately the Russian side has repeatedly expressed that they have no interest in negotiations.
The Russian side has said they have no interest in negotiations that do not offer a reasonable resolution to the conflict. The Zelensky 12 part peace plan that is a complete Russian capitulation and prostration (giving up Crimea and the separatist territories, complete demilitarization, Putin goes to the Hague and is tried for war crimes, Russia pays reparations to Ukraine for a billion years to come, etc etc etc) is of course unacceptable.

And any "ceasefire" negotiation that exists solely to stall and give Ukraine a chance to build up more military power and fortify itself, as it did during the Minsk ceasefires, is also uninteresting to Russia, especially after the European powers that helped broker the Minsk agreements openly said "well we only did that so Ukraine could arm up and bolster it's military power".

Russia offered to negotiate like a month after the initial invasion and Ukraine could have stopped it all there and then but for the Grima Wormtongues from the West whispering into the ear of Zelensky that war was preferable.

Not to beat this dead horse, but aside from a telegram post of dubious authenticity, what is the actual proof that ISIS did this?
None. ISIS had also claimed responsibility over the pidgeon beshitting my windshield.
I’ve got close to no doubt it’s typical Cucknyan business and these goat hybrids were rejected by their cousin one too many times.

The complete annexation of Ukraine, followed by the extermination of Ukrainian ethnic identity, is not something people consider a serious offer. It's not much of a negotiation position either.
Any deal that doesn't permit Ukraine means to defend itself is also moot, after Russia invaded twice now for domestic Russian reasons, violating international agreements in the process.

It is Ukraine that enshrined a "no negotiations" policy with a presidential decree and not Russia.
No negotiations with Putin, a treacherous war criminal who holds the opinion that Ukraine shouldn't exist.

Ok but what if the victims are NAMBLA?
NAMBLA government... Epstein island nation...

The complete annexation of Ukraine, followed by the extermination of Ukrainian ethnic identity
Oh, is that what the initial offer on the table was when Zelensky and Putin met in Turkey in spring of 2022?

Any deal that doesn't permit Ukraine means to defend itself is also moot, after Russia invaded twice now for domestic Russian reasons, violating international agreements in the process.
Well, then looks like more Ukrainians will have to die until that deal stops being moot, I guess. They did it to themselves and they KEEP doing it to themselves with this insane stance of "better to die than to live without sucking EU/NATO cock!"

Western psyops really did a number on them.

"Russian nationalist Putin" my ass.
Russia is not an ethnostate and Putin is not some white race savior 14/88 sieg heiling from atop his mountain of brownoid corpses, and I genuinely don't understand where people get this idea.

There are parts of Russia where people speak very little Russian despite being ostensibly citizens of Russia, because they don't need to go anywhere outside their ethnic enclave.

Allegedly, all of them have Russian citizenship
Allegedly, I've read so far one is a Tajik and the other is from Turkey, which are visa-free countries that allow free movement between Russia and themselves, so their Russian citizenship is irrelevant either way.

The terms of the treaty in Instanbul one month into the war - the one Boris Johnson sabotaged as it neared successful completion according to David Arakhamia, a member of Zelensky's party who presided over the negotiations on the Ukrainian side - made no such demands. It only requested the recognition of Crimea, non-bloc status of Ukraine and representation for the Donbass within Ukrainean government system.

No negotiations with Putin, a treacherous war criminal who holds the opinion that Ukraine shouldn't exist.
So the "Russia refuses to negotiate" goal has shifted to "Russia refuses to replace Putin" already?

The CIA orchestrated a coup in Ukraine back in 2014. NATO has expanded eastward despite (empty) assurances it wouldn't happen. CIA-funded groups in Ukraine carried out assassinations on prominent Russian figures. All of this was well before the invasion in 2022. You provoke Russia, Russia retaliates on Ukraine. Here's an article about it (Archive) referencing a New York Times article (Archive) about it.

Plus the whole Israel/Palestine thing.
And tensions heating up between China and Taiwan.
And millions of illegals pouring into our country unfettered.
A trillion dollar spending bill that does absolutely nothing to secure our own border.
They don't care if a few hundred thousand or million people die, it's less mouths to feed and people to house.
But yes, we need to send tens of billions more to Ukraine.

Just doesn't sound like things are going very well in the world, imo.
"you don't understand Putin has no choice he has no agency all he can ever do is what the CIA want him to."
I think more highly of Putin, he is a big goy, can make his own choices, do his own fuck-up be a retard ect. He isn't some mind controlled meat puppet.

These are not some Siberian small ethnicities we are talking about. And even if we did, are you a time traveller from the XX century? Even in farthest villages somewhere in Yakutia where 100% of people are not ethnically Russian, the vast majority of them can at least speak the language, especially younger people. They guy on the video is 26 and needs a translator to communicate.

I've read so far one is a Tajik and the other is from Turkey, which are visa-free countries that allow free movement between Russia and themselves, so their Russian citizenship is irrelevant either way.
Yes, it is relevant. Both countries allow living there for couple of months, and "visa-run" scheme doesn't work. So they didn't stay there for long.

Yes, it is. They only allow living there for couple of months, and "visa-run" scheme doesn't work. They couldn't live there for long.
OK? So they get contacted by some glowoppers on Telegram, hop onto a bus to Moscow from Tajikistan like a hundred thousand other economic migrants who go there constantly for work on the construction sites, and go do a terror attack instead.

Illegal immigrants from the 'stans in Russia doing shit labor jobs like Mexicans in the US do remains a problem to this day and was extremely widespread ever since the mid 90's or even earlier. Every Russian knows about "gastarbeiters" doing construction or hard labor somewhere.

It does not matter what citizenship they had either way. You're latching onto something irrelevant for some reason.

I'm sure there are plenty of villages in Dagestan, Ingushetia, etc where they do not speak Russian at all. Same with Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and many other nations that have open border policies with Russia.

Still don't understand your point.

You are a fucking retard that has no idea what happens in russia.
every family is broken, almost every male is either an alcoholic, a drug addict or on methadone. the young males are all closeted fags because they either got abused by the above mentioned drug addict alcoholics as children or got prostitution raped in the army. Russians literally think its not gay if youre fucking a man, its only gay if you're the one getting fucked.
almost every female is a rancid whore, not to mention also a drug addict. any woman over 35 you talk to has had an abortion.

Which brings me back to the thread topic:
Based churkas, killing russians is not only a good thing for the rest of the world, but it is a mercy on them, releasing them from their lives of serfhood and niggercattle tier ignorance is truly the work of allah, may they be martyred in the name of mohammad (PBUH) and recieve as many virgins as their blessed hearts desire inshallah
At least Russia puts an effort into putting an end to degeneracy in their country.

Do you have evidence for that? It's reported that the clip is faked.

It's not faked, but it's several months old and was about drone attacks.

Ah, thank you both very much. It is always too easy to believe that which you expect to be true and I am not immune. I appreciate it.

So I need to qualify what I was saying. His comments are not about this attack but previous the drone attacks in Moscow a little while ago. I think that still supports what I was saying as an example of a common sentiment in Ukraine. But obviously it's not quite the same as what I thought. Thanks.

Instead they should have been stopped for going in without a work permit/contract.
Still don't understand your point.
Russian immigration policy is ass.

Was it Chechens Ukrainians or did Pooty pull a false flag? lol
At least Russia puts an effort into putting an end to degeneracy in their country.
Not really. They just pretend it doesn't exist. Have you ever seen the videos of the anal rapes in the Russian army? Also the trench blowjob in Ukraine?

That's some pretty degen shit there.

Instead they should have been stopped for going in without a work permit/contract.
Sure

Russian immigration policy is ass.
Wow, stunning and brave opinion. Yes, the giant country with a giant border has trouble securing border. How's it going over in the USA and Europe again? You'd think those countries, which are geographically much smaller and have way more GDP to spend on border security, would be doing so much better...
