RIA news agency said at least three people in camouflage clothing had opened fire at the Crocus City Hall, and that some people had been wounded.

Police had arrived at the scene, RIA said.

Video footage published on Russian social media channels showed chaotic scenes, with a large crowd of concertgoers attempting to flee the hall, followed by gunshots.

Other video footage showed a number of people lying motionless in pools of blood outside the hall

Reuters was unable immediately to verify the footage.

TASS news agency reported an explosion and a fire in the building where the shooting took place.

The Kommersant newspaper posted footage online showing smoke billowing from what it said was the concert venue building.

Russians are "interrogating" the attackers taken alive by electrocuting their testicles with 80v batteries.
The Journoscum are crying about the oppression of terrorists who massacred hundreds including little kids.

edit:
I see someone has a pic:

Apparently one of the guys is on video saying they were approached on a random telegram group and offered half a million rubles to do the shooting, provided with guns, paid half up front, and set loose.
This doesn't sound like ISIS.
This sounds like the Whitmer "Fednapping" pattern of FBI/CIA wind-up toys.

(sorry for RT, I couldn't remember where I saw the social media chain this came from)

Confessions under torture are useless and frequently false. Guilt should be determined via scientific and investigative method.

When guilt has been established beyond all doubt, that's when you attach a car battery to their dick. Permanently.

Confessions under torture are useless and frequently false.
I keep hearing this and it sounds like propaganda.
The ugly truth is torture works.
If it didn't the human race would have stopped using it over the past 7,000 years of history.
There have been enough wars and battles for someone's army to have been catastrophically wiped out due to false information extracted via torture and the dog not barking is it's never happened.

The question Russia's intelligence would have to ask is why the US wouldn't be crying wolf, especially when they have links with Caucasian jihadis and ISIS-K (if not the entire remnant of ISIS by this point ever since Baghdadi's faction went rogue from their handlers and got destroyed).

There is zero reason for Russia to listen to anything the US says at this point because the US has taken every step possible short of nuclear war to destroy Russia and even sponsors conferences hosting some organization that wants to dissolve Russia into 40 countries. How is this hard to understand?
I call bullshit on that, adding more patrols and increasing security on events is not some costly expenditure that will ruin the war effort, especially when the window for the attack was pretty accurate. Russia just dropped the ball here and it's ridiculous to blame the USA.

People under torture will say whatever will cause the torture to stop. If you need some intel you can verify then torture can work, otherwise you get untrustworthy information.

You can watch videos of Russian prisons where everyone inside has the equivalent of life without parole.

They outright say the intent of the prison is to break your spirit forever. If you 100% behave and follow every rule you get the privilege of working a monotonous factory job sewing or some other stupid thing for 12 hours a day. A single fuckup and its back in the hole for an indeterminate amount of time. If you do well for 20 years you can maybe earn a 2 day weekend in a small apartment with your visiting immediate family. At no other time are visitors allowed. Or mail. No contact with the outside world.

Then when you die they toss you in an unmarked grave in Siberia and refuse to tell the family where it's located.
Sounds like the prison that the stalker children are going to. Enjoy.
I call bullshit on that, adding more patrols and increasing security on events is not some costly expenditure that will ruin the war effort, especially when the window for the attack was pretty accurate. Russia just dropped the ball here and it's ridiculous to blame the USA.
And then that proves to the US that they can manipulate the Russian police and security at will, meaning when the CIA does want to order a terrorist attack, they tell the police it's going down on the opposite side of the city from where their pet ISIS goons are at.

You don't listen to people who want your destruction by any means necessary. Period.

People under torture will say whatever will cause the torture to stop.
And the truth is most likely to get the torture to stop, because there are dozens of overlapping methods, including "intel verification", to detect lies.
If someone is shocking your balls or turning your femur slowly to powder without anesthesia, you do NOT want to piss that person off by giving them a verifiable lie.

I repeat:
Torture works.

Putin finally said the words.

And now he wants to know, who ordered it.

‘Radical Islamists’ carried out Moscow terror attack – Putin (Archive)

Russia knows who carried out the Crocus City attack but is now investigating who gave the order, President Vladimir Putin said on Monday, pointing to Ukraine as being the likely culprit.

“This attack was carried out by radical Islamists,” Putin said in the opening remarks at a video call with law enforcement officials.

The US and its allies are now trying to cover for their proxies in Kiev, insisting that Ukraine had nothing to do with the terrorist attack and that the party responsible was Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS), the Russian president noted.

“But we know who carried out the attack. We want to know who ordered it.”

Russian law enforcement is currently looking into the perpetrators, who have been apprehended and brought before a judge. The investigation needs to be “professional, without any political bias,” Putin said.

More than 130 people were killed at the concert venue northwest of Moscow on Friday evening, when several armed men began shooting into the crowd and set the hall on fire. A terrorist group calling itself Islamic State Khorasan (ISIS-K) has claimed responsibility.

Russian security services detained four alleged perpetrators, who were driving towards Ukraine, as well as seven of their suspected accomplices. The men were identified as ethnic Tajiks.

The US and the EU swiftly insisted that Ukraine had nothing to do with the attack and that IS – a shadowy group allegedly operating in Afghanistan and Central Asia – was the sole culprit.

and as far as I'm aware didn't do shit like kidnap schoolgirls to be sex slaves like Boko Haram
They consider non-muslim women property to be used and traded at will, which included for purposes of sexual slavery, and there was no lower age limit either.
PBS Frontline did a decent piece on it:

Escaping ISIS (full documentary) | Yazidi Women Describe ISIS Captivity | FRONTLINE
You need a US IP to view that channel I think.

And now he wants to know, who ordered it.
It's pretty telling that days after the attack and the terrorist being liberally tortured, there is still zero evidence that it was anything but an IS terror attack. I wonder how many idiots take the claims of Ukrainian involvement at face value, which they need to, since it's baseless and nonsensical.

How Did Notorious ISIS Terrorist Manage to Live Quietly in Ukraine for Months?

Even though the Kiev regime publically rejects accusations of being “hospitable” to international terrorism, even Ukrainian journalists admit that the country’s authorities “strangely” turn a blind eye to the issue.

High-ranking ISIS* member Caesar Tokhosashvili, also known as al-Bara al-Shishani, "quietly" lived with his wife and three children in the Ukrainian city of Belaya Tserkov for more than a year before being tracked and detained by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in 2019, reports have revealed.

The news undermines Ukraine's official position of opposing terrorism and indicates that it remains a safe haven for such operatives.

The CIA’s operation to nab Tokhosashvili - who is of Georgian origin - was conducted in collaboration with Georgia’s Interior Ministry and the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU). Even Western media wondered at the time "why they chose not to arrest him earlier."

What else is known about this notorious ISIS terrorist?

In August 2017, Tokhosashvili and his family were believed to have been killed in an airstrike in the Syrian province of Deir ez-Zor. However, it later turned out that his death was staged to divert attention from him relocating to Ukraine.

It’s worth noting that Tokhosashvili came to Belaya Tserkov with a genuine passport, so the SBU was aware of his affiliation with the ISIS.

The SBU admitted that when in Ukraine, Tokhosashvili continued to recruit radicals into the ranks of the ISIS’ Security Service.

Importantly, the SBU carefully concealed the fact that the CIA had detained al-Shishani to prevent the spread of information about the SBU's role in providing ISIS terrorists with safe havens on Ukrainian territory.

Tokhosashvili is currently serving his sentence in Georgia on charges of terrorism.

His arrest five years ago grabbed global headlines at the time, with The Independent quoting Philip Ingram, a former British intelligence officer, as admitting that “the lax” Kiev regime had created "an obvious vulnerability to international terrorism," something that he said "Kiev does not seem entirely interested in addressing."

He was echoed by Vera Mironova, a jihad expert and visiting fellow at Harvard University, who told the Independent that "hundreds" of former ISIS militants had "decamped to Ukraine."

"Once these terrorists get to Ukraine, they rarely encounter problems with authorities," according to Mironova.

A similar tone was struck by Kiev-based journalist Katerina Sergatskova, who underlined that Ukrainian authorities remain "strangely relaxed about the issue."

“Whenever I wrote on the subject, government officials have accused me of inventing the problem. But the arrest of one of Islamic State’s top commanders here in Kiev, right under our noses, would surely suggest many of the world’s most dangerous men do think of Ukraine as a safe house. Corruption in all state bodies – the police, courts, prosecutors – opens doors to abuse,” she pointed out.

With the SBU repeatedly rejecting claims that Kiev “was in any way hospitable to international terrorism,” Mironova warned that Ukrainian authorities would have "a big problem on their hands" if more Ukraine-based ISIS members "become terrified that they will be arrested."

Were they though? They were better at using social media and fighting in the autistic thunderdome that is Syria, but they didn't promote anything worse than the other terrorist organisations and as far as I'm aware didn't do shit like kidnap schoolgirls to be sex slaves like Boko Haram.
they weren't. the only thing that made isis stand out from other jihad organisations (of which there are hundreds, if not thousands) was their success.
they were in the right place at the right time: they took advantage of the syrian civil war to take territory. by controlling actual land and declaring a state, they became the single most successful jihad organisation in modern history since the taliban, and that brought them immense prestige among muslims. that prestige still exists, which is why their name is still taken seriously today even though the organisation is largely defunct today and has lost all of the territory it one controlled years ago.

Why is there so much focus on Ukraine even though there is no evidence connecting the Tajiks who attacked the concert to Ukraine?
Screenshot 2024-03-25 190755.jpg
Because:
- The West at war with Russia via Ukraine wedge
- Ukraine are the only suspects in this crime
- They have committed numerous terrorist attacks on Russian cities already and continually promise to deliver more
- You're a fucking retard

ISIS carries out the interests of Western spy agencies.
yeah bro the cia is definitely very interested in massacring a hundred randoms at a rock music concert in paris and blowing up dozens at airport and metro stations in brussels, makes perfect sense.
muslims can't possibly have a desire to murder and attack europeans, they definitely don't have a 1500 year history of doing that. no, it must be those dang dirty cia niggers who are behind it all!

You make it sound like the muslims magically appeared in Europe (Ottomans died in 1917) without Obama and other neoliberals destabilizing Libya to get mass migration and Syria to get rid of Assad. And then use these terror incidents to create more patriot acts that then get used more against Europeans over foreigners in Europe. As it was done with the original Patriot Act in this country.

Unlike the jihadis in those incidents, these "jihadis" basically tried to run away rather than go all the way to the end. Along with just not even doing the usual slogans of Allah Akbar while doing their massacre.

I don't think anyone is denying that it was muslims on the ground who did this, however this operation seems weird compared to ISIS operations during the Obama and early Trump years.

And it must be noted that as soon as Trump came in, all the ISIS fearmongering suddenly stopped and the media went as far as referring to Abu Baghdadi as an austere scholar.

Along with just not even doing the usual slogans of Allah Akbar while doing their massacre.
You can hear them allah akbar in the video they filmed during the massacre and sent to their ISIS-K contacts who then published it through their ISIS-K media outlet.
Even the Russian government couldn't come up with evidence that links this to anyone besides ISIS-K and they've been torturing the people who did it. US authorities publicly warning the Russian government that terrorists plan to shoot up a concert two weeks before terrorists shoot up a concert doesn't make you question your idea that the US is behind it either? What about those ISIS guys the FSB shot two weeks ago, were they American agents too? Do you think Russians fighting radical islamists in the Sahel and Syria might possibly motivate them to target Russia? Or Russia's close alliance with Iran?

How about you look at the evidence instead of repeating garbage you read in your circle jerk?

And then use these terror incidents to create more patriot acts that then get used more against Europeans over foreigners in Europe.
Geez, I wonder whether that exact thing happened in Russia after Putin came to power.

You can hear them allah akbar in the video they filmed during the massacre and sent to their ISIS-K contacts who then published it through their ISIS-K media outlet.

Like two days later when people were raising questions.

Meanwhile in shooting videos released by bystanders, they were pretty much quiet.

And that is before we get to, that these lot decided to run and later admit they did it for money. Unlike previous incidents even in Russia like Beslan, where the muslim terrorists went all the way to the end.

US authorities publicly warning the Russian government that terrorists plan to shoot up a concert two weeks before terrorists shoot up a concert doesn't make you question your idea that the US is behind it either? What about those ISIS guys the FSB shot two weeks ago, were they American agents too? Its pretty suspicious that the US state department came right to the defense of Ukraine in the early aftermath of the attack.

And ISIS does basically act as proxies for the Western neoliberals.

Why else are they trying to stop the front runner to their puppet in office, since he did refer to Obama being as one of their founders and shut down ISIS pretty good.

People under torture will say whatever will cause the torture to stop.
That's the fun part of being tortured by nation states with large resource pools - the torture doesn't really stop until they die. Russia has advanced medicine and a lot of experience in this, they'll probably keep them alive and from crossing the veil to keep torturing them for a while regardless of whether what they're saying is true or not. As long as they can keep their hearts pumping and oxygen going through their bodies they can keep these guys in hell for a long time. Maybe if they're merciful they'll eventually be sent to a Siberian prison with the giant dogs that can take down a small bear and regularly kill prisoners.

Torture works perfectly well, if you only apply pain when you know for sure they're lying. Eventually the brain will associate 'lie' with 'agony' making it very difficult for the subject to lie.

Of course you need to start with questions you know the answer to, and are confidant they'll lie about.

this is an excerpt about torture during soviet times, written by solshenitsyn. the victim described here is a man named alexander dolgun, an american who worked at the US embassy and was arrested for espionage

This makes his deputy Ryumin all the happier. His workplace is the Sukhanovka, the 'generals' room'. It is paneled all around in walnut, silk curtains frame the curtains and door, a large Persian carpet cushions the footsteps. So that this splendor is not damaged, a dirty, blood-stained mat is spread over the carpet for the person to be beaten. During the execution, it is not a simple guard who assists in the 'Generals' room, but a colonel. 'Well, well,' Ryumin begins politely, running his hand tenderly over the two-inch thick rubber truncheon, 'you have passed the test of insomnia with honor (Alexander D. learned to sleep standing up, and this trick helped him to endure the sleep torture for a month). - Now let's try the cudgel. With us, no one lasts more than two or three treatments. Drop your pants and lie down on the mat!' The colonel sits on the victim's back. A. D. decides to count the blows. He doesn't yet know what it's like, a blow to the sciatic nerve when the buttocks have collapsed from long periods of starvation. You don't feel it at the point of impact - it cracks your skull. After the first blow, the victim almost loses consciousness from the pain and his nails claw into the mat. Ryumin tries to land precise blows. The full colonel presses the prone man down - just the job for three big stars on the shoulderpads! (After the treatment, the victim cannot walk, nor is he carried, of course, they drag him across the floor. Soon the buttocks swell so much that the pants can no longer be buttoned, but almost no welts remain. A terrible bout of diarrhea is next, and while squatting on the bucket in his solitary cell, D. begins to laugh uproariously. A second treatment is still to come, then a third, the skin will burst, and in the end Ryumin loses his temper and begins to beat his stomach until the abdominal wall breaks open and the intestines spill out of the huge hernia; then they take the prisoner to the butyrka infirmary for peritonitis, and give up their attempts to beat the decency out of him for a while)

Because that's where these retards immediately ran to. Keep ignoring that, tho.

That's on Europeans and their governments for bringing them over, then encouraging them by not punishing bad/aberrant behavior. That's the thing, towelheads understand that, and also know Russia isn't Germany, Sweden or UK level of cucked. Having an ear fall off/served as a snack or a dangling eyeball is no problem in for Spetsnaz or the FSB; one can only imagine what happens when there are no cameras.
What the jhell is ISIS-K? Oh right, glownigger pets that operate in Afghanistan/Pakistan, that suddenly decided to pay Tajik retards to kill Russians, because..Syria, a place they have no connection to? A place they don't operate in? If you're just going to regurgitate MSM bullshit for the plebes, at least try to make it palatable.
