Chromosomal disorders don't always present in the form of malformed genitalia, and karyotyping isn't typically covered by private insurance just to "check if you're intersex" without any noticeable physiological problems. There's no reason to believe this. If genetic abnormalities leading to some sort of brain/body mismatch were possible, we should be seeing a lot more people experiencing dysphoria. Achondroplasia, the most common for of dwarfism (think Peter Dinklage) for example, does not produce intense feelings of dysphoria despite the fact that it has pronounced affects on skeletal development but no effect on the brain. There's just no mechanism that can explain a phenomena where the brains "knows" it should have a different set of organs, or different hormones running through it. Even intersex people who have had medical interventions that forcibly gendered them don't report the specific obsessive need and anguish troons report, even though they should be suffering it the most. Instead, a lot of the strife in their lives comes from trying to force them to conform to a specific social role. There probably is some element of gender role variance in the brains of trans people (autism) that predisposes them to the obession/fetish, but just like with actual intersex people, the idea that the solution then is extreme medical intervention to create pseudoorgans is insane. No other type of body dysmorphic disorder, not Anorexia, muscle dysmorphis, or BIID, would ever be treated by feeding into the distored perception of reality.

They do not experience the type of dysmorphism associated dysphoria that trans people suffer, that you would incorrectly believe must originate from some sort of karrotypic abnormality.

I appreciate why you want to believe that, but the The likelihood for even the increased chance of klinefelter is more likely to be because of the fact that klinefelter sufferers also report a pronounced increase in incidence of autism. On my phone right now, but as soon as I'm back at my PC I will link. And my point with achondroplasia is not specifically that they have the same thought patterns, but that transgenderism is a time where the dysphoria suffered by the individual seems entirely related to self-perceived imperfections in otherwise functional body parts. Disabled people always show significantly lower average quality of of life then the baseline population, but that relates almost entirely to the physical and social limitations that their disorder puts on them. Transgender individual suffer based on the anguish they feel that their body does not match a mental construct. Gender identity disorder has a lot more in common with anorexia than it does with any sort of chromosomal abnormality

Just to answer this, the comparison to dwarfism was trying to make the point that I doubt that a cryptic deformity in the gonads would produce an entirely unique set of obsessive though patterns that no other genetically originating disorder seems to produce, even in cases where the body is much more physically varying that a hypothetical "ideal". One of the ways that congenital abnormalities affect QoL negatively is sexual function and sexual desirability, where troons compromise both of these in the pursuit of non-functional pseudogenitals. There just isn't any reason to assume some sort of physical or sex-endocrinal abnormality accounts for the very specific obsessive though patterns of trans people

This would only work if there was NO arousal or "gender euphoria" (ie: sexual arousal from the fetish of being perceived as the opposite sex / wearing incongruent clothing etc) as a co-morbidity in the urge to transition.

The only forgivable trooning comes from severe trauma and PTSD (ex-soldiers, people absolutely abused as children). OK, then it's a necessary psychological (mal)adaptive method, like Dissociative Identity Lite, to completely not lose one's shit and drive off the nearest cliff.

But everything else is pure fetish and cooming. Even the "it's preventing suicide" argument has it's roots in the genuine maladaption.
