A quick google search turns up that transgender individuals are 30 times more likely to be linked with Cluster-B personality disorders, including a heightened risk of more mental health issues across the board. Unless my math sucks, I calculated out Bipolar disorder to see the frequency of the other Cluster-B conditions, and we're still at transgender people being 10 times more likely to suffer from them: general public had a 1 in 5,000 chance, trans sample is 1 in 500.

It is also of course worth mentioning it may get diagnosed as "Cluster-B" because some degree of overlap of symptoms amongst them is expected, so the assumption that the BPD numbers do NOT suffer from other Cluster-B conditions is already an extremely generous interpretation on my behalf, meaning even the 1 in 500 frequency is the most conservative interpretation of the data.

I specifically call out the Cluster-B ones though because while one could look at the depression rates and spin it to cry about how they're victims of their own condition, Cluster-B is very much not something you victimize. Hell, often times the professional advice for dealing with narcissists is "walk away," because they're extremely unlikely to ever change or improve. If you hate the shitty human being you're dealing with, they're probably not going away, so it's best to distance yourself from narcissists and accept some people can't change.

But apparently, all a narcissist needs to do is cut their dick off and now it's not very CURRENT YEAR of you to shun them.
