The numpty seems insistent that the art theft is a copyright issue. Nobody is talking legal here.
What we are talking about is a pose that Lamby determined by searching for relevant references. Something a real artist does.
Meanwhile the mush mouth saw Lambys work and decided "I want that" and claimed it was her original work. Emphasis on plagiarism.
Not every instance of theft is a legal issue. Maybe she thinks every time she stole art will somehow result in a court case and imprisonment?

I know nothing of Hazbin other than all of the degeneracy involving it from the surrounding community so I actually had a (to me) amusing reaction upon seeing the latest doodle on the blog. My very first instinct was to count the number of limbs, see that there were more than two arms and immediately take the reasonable leap to "is this AI generated" because that's just what the AI does if you're incompetent in its use or too lazy to bother checking what you're outputting.
