Entire white collar departments gone Indian the moment that the hiring manager is Indian themselves (and this was a decade ago, no idea how things are now).

While I'm not normally for racial quotas, this is one case where it actually would have a purpose against nepotism. I don't know how I would enforce it though, but if 90% of staff are Indian and the hiring manager is Indian, needless to say something fishy is going on and legit there should be institutional ways to avoid this.

I had a co-worker tell me the vicious hiring war he witness between the Indian and Vietnamese IT support which sadly ended with the whole Vietnamese department being wiped out.

nothing because india cannot develop. the only reason they are trusted with outsourced computer jobs is because the state/national government in india can't seize laptops and fax machines like they do power plants, factories, and mines. every 30 years a new generation of MBA retards forgets what the last generation tells them (don't invest in india) and think india can be made a counterweight to china, vietnam, and taiwan. then they lose their lunch when india seizes their power plant because the newly elected government reneges on the old government's deal. or in case of iphone manufacturers, they baited dumbshits like apple to open their suppliers' factories there before forcing them to be sold to tata for pennies.

I generally dislike them because they have such a high and pompous opinion of themselves.

I came here specifically to rant about this. I am perturbed every time my street shitting boss makes a passive aggressive disparaging comment about Canadians or Americans with this condescending attitude like Indians are the master race and everyone knows it. I'd never say our people or culture should be immune to criticism, I even crack jokes with some cool Indian coworkers about our cultural differences all the time, but I've never seen anyone radiate smug the way this guy does. (I'm pretty sure he is a Brahmin, not positive, but if he spent most of his life raised to believe he's the closest thing to God, it explains a lot). I'm one bad day away from saying it outright: Say what you will about us, but your people have not yet even figured out the invention of the toilet, and if they're so superior, why is your country such an absolute shithole that you chain migrated your whole family over here? When white people start flooding into India by the tens of millions maybe then you have a point, but until then, shut the fuck up.

The other thing that irks me isn't so much Indians' fault as it is our retarded government. Boss can preferentially hire unqualified Indians, pay them better than skilled white employees who actually train them, and be as blatant and obvious with his favoritism towards the brown people as he wants. But if I were to report him to the ethics board at my work for very clear cut racial discrimination, which is supposed to be a huge fucking deal, it'd be dismissed right away because the unspoken rule is that nothing is really racism unless it's originating from white people. Thank you, very cool.

Reddit pajeets had a lot of we wuz pajeeters and more general right wing sentiment. After 2021 most of the more right wing Indian subreddits and userbase were purged which is to say around 50%. Since I was there when it happened and I've been on the chans, my guess is those people went onto the chans and they formed their own insular imageboard. Bakchodi is the name of one of the subs which got banned cause of anti muslim rhetoric and librandu is an existing subreddit where Indian communists make fun of ethnonats. A lot of these people seem like redditfugees.
