Even Fatrick knows it. I've been punishing myself lately by forcing myself through Starship Repo, (glory to Flonald Plump! or whatever his name is) and he invokes that very phrase at one point, and it felt like extremely meta commentary trying to defend his shit work.
What the fuck does he think, that the publisher is supposed to waste an actual good cover on him? His books are not worthy of a good cover. That implies good content inside. Best to set expectations early. At least "features some kind of space station" is not false advertising.

The Matrix was made by the Wachowski brothers, and they have not made anything worth watching since trooning out. We don't even have to imagine what a troon Matrix would look like, since we got one. It was shit and bombed hard, just like everything they've made in the past couple of decades.

The Matrix was always edgy cringe shit, even when it first came out. Absolute midwit slop, sorry not sorry. Of course Pat sperged about it

That's the good part, they don't need to! There have been plenty of good action shots of the author posted in places over the years and I'd gladly give them the rights to use the ones I have for use as covers.

Don't know about you but if a book had any of these covers I'd have to pretty much buy it. None of that cover removed either for me, those are important.

If Motley Poo is about, I bet he could do at least one of two things (No Child of Mine - GNR, or You’re No Child of Mine - when I chimped out, you left me behind)
That guy is talented as fuck.
I'm waiting for the pirate AI that ignores DMCA. That has to be out there somewhere.

She's got my face, unfortunately
That makes me accept my history
The woman I loved had never respected meeee
When she sat on my best friend's lap
I posed for a picture and took a nap
When I awoke she had seen all she needed to seeee.

Whoa, oh, oh
No child o' mine
Whoa, oh, oh, oh
No child o' mine

Rick's obsession with the Matrix movies is so insufferable. Of course it giving him a chance to virtue signal about trans shit just makes it all the worse too. He constantly parrots that the first movie was written as a "trans allegory" but I don't buy that. Yes one of the "sisters" has said that in recent years but absolutely nobody thought of it like that when it came out. The Wachowskis also lied about it always being intended as a trilogy when the first sequels came out so I don't see why they wouldn't retrofit the trans narrative years later.

I was gonna say that "dropped a cultural grenade" is such an effeminate hyperbole. What a homo.

Nobody, including the Wachowski brothers. "Lilly" walked it back later.

The whole movie wasn't intended to be some trans allegory, it was just one character. But he couldn't say that when put on the spot, because he knew he would get canceled for trans erasure or some shit, lmfao.

Anyway, glad their career is finally dead after the failure of Matrix Resurrections. It should have been at least a modest hit based on nostalgia alone, but fucking bombed because it was full of obnoxious, heavy-handed wokeshit. They'll never make a big-budget movie again.

Patrick never watched any of the shows and anime that terrible movie was based off of.

Patrick is a cringe magnet. I don’t think I’ve seen many people with such low self awareness. He literally bought a trench coat after seeing the movie so he could fatly waddle around in it and pretend he was in the Matrix. Literally child-like behavior.

I’m honestly surprised he doesn’t have one of the world’s largest funko pop collections, but then again he’s a broke loser so maybe it’s not the surprising.

The idea of all necessary criminal law fitting in a five page pamphlet is adorable. It reminds me of the anti-tank balloons.
You laugh, but the code of conduct is five eight pages long, while the entire code of ethics with all of the detailed prescribed punishments for failing to meet the expected conduct, their division into degree of seriousness, regulation for leaving your job, introduction and explaining the points systems behind punishments, introducing the modes of rulings and the protocols for punishing officers is 51 pages.
It seems to work similarly in other non-common law countries. There's no qualified immunity, police officers are just expected to know their (reasonably sized) code of Ethics and behave accordingly.

No wonder your spichole country has so much crime lol

that's not the whole story i think.
i believe that the other side to this situation is that in america it is generally much easier for any random guy to file a lawsuit than in most other ocuntries, US courts seem to be a lot more permissive with what kind of suits they allow to proceed.
qualified immunity is their way to avoid having the courts and police departments bogged down by endless retard lawsuit filed by petty criminals who complain about the handcuffs leaving a bruise on their wrist or shit like that.

I'mma gonna be honest with you, childs, if I saw a fatrick book in a free library/box and nobody was watching I'd snatch that shit up.

A chance to see the horror for myself? Not to be passed up. I'd probably want to wrap the cover in something less embarrassing, like Hilda's Household Guide to Horsecocks.
