Yeah he's been abused, neglected, gotta have sympathy. But his narcissism goes to the point where he probably gets a kick of defying God himself and "owning" people on Twitter. The reason he keeps going is because he truly&honestly believes he won't suffer any consequences for his actions.

He's not replying to tweets because he's an autist, but because he truly believes if he changes enough people's minds he can openly and proudly do what he does.
