Let's say that you are the poor mortician that is stuck with the challenge of embalming Chantal's body. First challenge is, how the hell are you going to lift her up on the table in the first place? Most funeral homes NOW have a weight limit, because it is not only a problem for people having to carry an obese cadaver but also expensive. You will need double or triple amount of embalming chemicals than the average body. Some tables simply cannot hold a heavy body like that.
After the mortician nearly breaks his back putting Foodie up on the table, the second challenge is as soon as you open her up her fat will spill EVERYWHERE! Imagine trying to dig through all of that tissue to try to find her misshapen organs, while maintaining the body's original shape for viewing. It is essentially a time-consuming process.
Third challenge if Chinny's family cares enough, and you didn't really do a good job trying to maintain that blob of a person, they will bitch and moan that her body doesn't look like her at all and you did a terrible job. They can even threaten to sue you for damaging and neglecting the body, whether it was unintentional or not.
Fourth is finding and buying a god damn casket that can even CARRY the Mighty Guntress. Caskets are not cheap, the cheapest casket you can get is around $900 - $2000. Caskets created specifically for morbidly obese people are even pricier, because you need to be aware of the dimensions for a deathcow to even fit in it. Most of them can carry up to 400 - 550lbs... you will need to buy a customised coffin for Gunt which is depending on where you are buying it from.
Don't even think about cremation. Obese bodies can start greasefires. There was a case where a woman was too fat for the crematory and ended up burning the building up. Most crematories have a weight limit now, but on the plus side (get it?)they are building larger crematories specifically for fat loads of shit like Chantal.
