Piskor was politically of the left and did not care for EVS or the comicgates crowd, but as far as I am aware he was not part of any cancel mob nor took part in the general culture war stupidity. In fact, that's probably one of the reasons everyone pulled the knives out on him so quickly.

For me the worst was when he posted multiple videos getting mad at people over Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny before he had even seen it. To me it was the equivalent of killing the messenger. When he finally saw the movie he realized he couldn't defend it any more. That's not his only bad take of course, just the biggest one I can think of right now.
So this guy spends countless videos decrying how Disney-owned Marvel has fucked up comics...and he expects the Disney-owned Lucasfilm, in the aftermath of The Last Jedi, Solo, and Rise of Skywalker, to not make a movie that also shits the bed?

What I posted is 1 page and 2 specific posts. The 1 page I posted is pretty much the earliest post about the controversy and is only about 20 pages back; most of which can be skimmed and ignored. You can also easily search the forum for "Ed Piskor" and find that he was mentioned seldom with only a page and a half of hits and only half of those being relevant to this story.
Think about this, she was 17 and he was 40. AFAIK 17 is usually 'age of consent' in most places. Yeah it's weird, but 50 year old Boogie2988 was going on about this 20 year old, and 17-20 isn't that big of a deal. THAT guy needs to kill himself. He has no shame though, and his twitter is still locked from bad optics.
Boogie isn't the greatest example when he's openly into ageplay. Unsurprisingly he claims he was molested as a child, then goes on to enact molester scenarios with his girlfriend that's young enough to be his daughter. He won't kill himself though, he enjoys negative attention too much.
Nah, a dude can legally marry a minor of pretty much any age with parent's permissions in California. Child marriage is actually a susprisingly bad problem in parts of the US. There's a lot of weird religious culty shit involved with it.
