Close. The real reason is that at one time FroCho bankrolled the site and probably still donates more than anyone else. Her parents were executives and she's rich as hell. Back when there were donor badges you could see she donated hundreds every month.

She probably has more power via connections and how much money she put into that site than anyone else besides Carp and Aevann and I'm 99% sure she knows both of them on a real-name basis.

It's also part of the reason I went after her despite liking her as a person.

Aevann made it so banned users can't give awards after I used a flairlock on arsey to change her flair to her legal name and location.
