The filters in today’s Kuwait to Canada travel vlog did NOT know what to do with Chins at certain angles.
In image #1 the slim filter is elongating the square tiles in a north-south direction and distorting her head even more (plus none of the tile angles line up).
In image #2, the slim filters are now elongating the square tiles in an east-west direction

TL/DR: filter fail confusion (and some shady angles from Salad) makes Chins’ head even more distorted; It also caused some crazy angles for the supposedly square mall tiles, making them into something out of an M.C. Escher drawing.

ETA: MORE filter fails: Image #3 hamhock arm and enlarged head; Image #4 is an enlargement of Image #1; and finally, Image #5 is buffalo hump with slight hamhock arm.

No, I do not hate Chantal at all and perhaps at one time I found Chantal's life tragic.

Also, ALSO. Maybe, just maybe, some young woman's life right now is being saved by seeing how not brave, not glamourous, not admirable; how absolutely stupid it is to wallow in mental illness. Chantal's only redeeming quality right now is to be an example to others how not to behave. Don't put your addictions on social media if want admiration and respect.

I don’t hate Chantal enough to wish death on her. Most of the people who talk about Chantal dying on camera just mention it in the sense that she’s willing to put pretty much anything on camera, especially when the live streams were at their peak.

The other part is that Chantal refuses to even consider anything regarding her health that isn’t superficial, so there’s a nonzero chance that something she can’t ignore any longer will be caught on camera, at which point it’ll be far too late.

Going on government disability benefits in the US means living in dire poverty, and I don't imagine Canada is any more generous. Getting into subsidized housing anywhere usually involves lengthy waitlists, and Chantal, as a married woman with no dependents, and who would not be considered mentally ill, addicted, or retarded enough to require a caseworker, would be shit out of luck (I don't recall how old Phil is, but she may have received priority for housing as a senior).

The government "gravy train" is more like the government "stingy ladle of gravy on an order of bad poutine." Chantal would not be able to kick back in comfort and sip on styrofoam takeout cups of that fatty brown nectar.

Knowing that it can take months to set up medical appointments like this, logic tells us that these appointments were set up during her December/January visit during her last Visa run.
”Oh, your first availability is in two to three months? Okay, what do you have for appointments in April? I’ll (conveniently) be back in town then.”
It fits her pattern perfectly. It also makes sense that her family might have been the ones pushing for this; knowing (and dreading) that she’d be back this month, and trying to figure out some way to get her off of their hands.

Yeah, I assume she made the appointment in December, and never bothered to cancel it when she left, because she never bothers to do so. She's always been a chronic no-show to medical appointments, which is part of the reason why she doesn't have a GP.

She arrived back in Canada in time to take advantage of that uncancelled appointment, so maybe she'll go—or maybe she won't. If it's a requirement for her to eventually get WLS (and I assume that's what it is, because getting therapy on the public dime in Canada is, from what I've been told, extremely difficult), maybe she will. She'll never actually get WLS, but that's beside the point.

I always believed Chantal was faking her "shh I said shh" tics, but this recent return to Canada reinforces that belief. She seems depressed that she's no longer making bank and has asked several times in the last couple weeks why people "hate the kuwait arc so much" and "she would've been entertaining if she could have". Then suddenly when she returns home she starts doing her fake Tourette's tics, planning to get high and stream, and pinning fart comments, seems she desperately wants to get back what she lost.
