Regardless of my feelings on Piskor (mainly his actions), I honestly hope that his family does take action given there have been legal precedents of legal action (and jail time) over harassing and driving someone to suicide, especially if names are named. One of Kiwi's finest legal experts would probably correct me if I'm wrong, though, but if Piskor's family plays their cards right; de Campi, Villalobos, Renfamous, et al. better start prepping their assholes to be Goatse'd, legal-style... especially if the CBLDF won't touch a hypothetical case with a 10ft pole.

I think their better bet would be defamation of character (because both of these women have accused him of being a sexual deviant it counts as Defamation per se, which means they don't actually need to prove damages, even though damages are very self-evidently provable). Problem is that, because he's killed himself, the whole thing gets a bit murky. If it had been available in some kind of non- convoluted manner where I had to pay a premium price up front and wait an unspecified amount of years for it to arrive it would be the kind of thing I might check out.
