When it comes to any form of patient care, it's a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation, especially when the patient chooses to be difficult, or in some cases, a munchie. You can't deny them any care if they have a history of being a munchie since that's a lawsuit waiting to happen. You also have to deal with them getting agitated when you try to provide any form of care.

Creaky raptor popped up on r/illnessfakers a few years ago as someone taken advantage of by a munchie faking vsed for her ehlers danlos. Munchies name was Hope Otto, a previous cancer faker. Creaky raptor was into collecting and bleaching bones and skulls. Her front windows had bone beds instead of flower beds in front of them. Creaky leaned into Hope's notoriety until it became too much and dfe'd if I remember correctly. She was an Ehlers danlos type too hence the name "creaky raptor". Maybe @atree or @GenociderSyo can tell us more?

Yup, if you search "Pandora" on r/illnessfakers, there's a bunch of posts from Creaky Raptor's tiktok, from when she called Hope out on her munching, talking about drama when she attended her (Hope's) wedding.
So 100% munchie-adjacent.

Still not a word about Kelly, ever. She continues to post like any other normal person: her cat, her travels, walks and bike rides, so forth and so on. She seems to work with the local humane society/animal rescue type place, which is cool. Her cat also has an Instagram account.

If you stumbled on her Instagram, you'd think she seemed like a pretty chill person who goes on super-interesting solo trips around the world. You'd never know she has a twin sister, let alone one like Kelly.

I can only imagine she's planning on drip-feeding the pics of her transition from then to whatever heinous flesh amalgam state she now exists in.
To this day, I cannot fathom how she does this. Her condition means she almost certainly has 24/7 live-in care, and yet they never intervene, unless there are intermittent psych hold periods that Kelly doesn't divulge.
I wonder what she'd feel if weened off all her narcotics.

on the other hand... Kelly (alongside other cows, but she's special) makes me wish we had some way to intervene in cases like this. Some sort of asylum system, something.

I know it's tricky, because making it legal for someone like Kelly to be detained against their will isn't always the best. But she needs something out of her control to stop her.

Its fascinating to know that there had been at least 3 (including me) people that have made a KF account only because of Kelly. Needing to scroll through something to waste time, go on KF and look at that; what a horrific update to come back to.

Is Kelly spayed? I don’t remember and can’t find it mentioned.

If she isn*t, well my stomach has been sour all day so whatever disgusting things that she may do with menstrual fluid has to wait until tomorrow to be considered.

If I remember correctly, she SUPPOSIDELY had a hysterectomy because she said the entire reason for her weird blood loss that started all of this was some sort of womb issue. Whether it was endometriosis, PCOS or some other shit she's claimed, she said she was planning on getting her uterus removed. I'm not sure if it was confirmed that this was a real surgery that took place however, since people said that if it were the reason for her blood loss, the doctors would have been able to easily tell from how heavy her period would have been and all the transfusions would have been avoided.

I’m not sure those truly exist. Let’s say I know a Stage 4 cancer patient who was prescribed the highest dose of oral Fentynl, along with Oxys, and that didn’t control pain to that degree. He was able to function for an hour or two but not long.

Don’t forget the power of mental illness. And cutting through nerves, which would help with pain.

How high can they cut to remove that damage? Interesting that it’s only one side this time. Yes, I know about hemi surgeries but I don’t think they’d do that with her. Too much care involved, plus the stoma and lines to kidneys. It would be a waste of a surgery for somebody who will just infect themselves and die. They might just call in hospice or offer MAID.
