Officially Ukraine only takes foreign volunteers with military experience. The "Free Russia" unit or whatever it's called might be a dumping ground for the airsoft larpers.

That would make sense. Guaranteeing they get killed would have a bigger impact in their home countries than those guys returning who possibly even talk about corrupt Ukrainian officers or other truths.

The “Free Russia” seems to mainly consist of criminals who had gotten into trouble in Russia and Belarus.
Imagine my surprise when far right Russians who hate Putin might not exactly volunteer to fight for Ukraine.

So with Congress having issues passing funds to Ukraine and that 100 billion euro fund proposed by Europe is a 5 year plan which is like 20 billion a year in increments? The total for the last 2 years of money spent on Ukraine was 178 billion dollars.

Is is it just me or when this satellite went to service, they have been conducting strikes a whole lot more in ammunition and drone storages? Now we just wait and try to determine a timeframe of when the Russians will reach the Dnepr river

How do you make artillery shells? Never mind the steel, the milling machines, let’s start with something very basic.
Gunpowder. Goes in shells and ammunition. It’s made of nitrocellulose which is made of… Cotton!
And what are two of the biggest cotton producers? Why it’s India and China! Russias strategic partners.
No cotton, no gunpowder, no shells.
And the strangest thing just happened. The biggest producer: China had “problems with the harvest” and can’t sell any this year. Maybe next year too.
Artillery shell factories that were planned had to be postponed. And there’s oddly no urgency. Ukraine is doomed, everybody knows that, even if business has to go on a little longer, and old shells can be sent there and replaced with new ones.
But NATO isnt really preparing for a war, and despite all their posturing know there won’t be one.
Supposedly China has also been helping them with satellite imagery, and they have A LOT of spy satellites.
A lot of their information probably comes from drones though. The kind of drones that fly high and have really good sensors.
We’ve been getting more drone images of deep strikes in Ukraine recently. I guess that their problems with SAMs also show in this way.
