what do you typically eat for lunch or breakfast in romania? In the US we eat burgers for every meal with soft serve ice cream as a treat 8 times a day. I think our diet over here is superior for many reasons, the most important of which is it makes our women look like buffalo.

Depends. I run a lot and my diet can be quite weird. I also have a sensitive stomach, so if I run in the morning I will only eat some muesli with yogurt or a banana for its minerals. Generally try to keep stomach mostly empty before training.
Other than that, a lot of potatoes and meat of all sorts, fish/pork/chicken/turkey etc., rice, all sorts of other veggie shit to help digestion.
When I'm bored I just order a huge pizza. Used to eat shitton of sweets and bread too, but as I grew older I could no longer sustain my weight while doing it, sucks.

Running on a full stomach would make me throw up. When I was in my early 20's id do 10-12 mile runs every morning and it was pretty banger. Cant run anymore, so I olympic lift and row now. Used to do strongman stuff which was fun.
But I feel you on the eating the good stuff like sweets. I stick to mixed greens, broccoli, cauliflower and grilled chicken most days. I usually have mixed berries and greek yogurt for breakfast. I wish i could find muesli since it would be a great addition to my yogurt.

Yeah I do that too. Rowing machine. I used to play basketball when young, then all the people that I played with just got fat, married, boring and dumb, so now when I play it's like uncle with the kids ffs. So I just started running instead cause I can do it alone when I want. Running without strength training is dumb, that's how I fucked up some butt and back muscles. You wanna run, you gotta do weight and resistance training too, cause you'll just run into getting injured 100%.

This is why marathonbros often carb load several days before running. Then they start the day by shitting that out to lose that weight and are still revved up and ready to go.
