Finished the video and Tom basically just tells the history of twoMad, admits he’s weird, retells his experience of talking to him, covers twomad’s drug problem, and finishes it with the 52 document and how much it seems like Jameskii is either straight lying maliciously or he doesn’t know how the law works.

Both of which should prove (I doubt it) to literally everyone that Jameskii’s account cannot be trusted as the shit he claims just straight up does not make sense.

(Especially the gun part)

Quite possibly. Wouldn't rule either out though. Either it's a lot of small reports or Jameskii himself filing a complaint. Either way, the Ruski is happy.

While the video was tame and gave nearly everyone the benefit of the doubt, because it’s from Tom then everyone can just shoot it down like they did with his Super Mega video.

Tom along with other commentary channels like Fat fuck Nick Deorio and I think also Tipster had an instance of defending Zaptie back in the day, a grown man who was soliciting nudes and sexual convos with minors. The argument was that if the state that the girl was living in allowed her to have sex at the age of 16 through age of consent laws, then it’s fine that a twenty something year old was sexually messaging her.
Ignoring the fact that it’s quite shady business to be worshipping government laws that deal with children and sex, and that some states make sexting minors be treated like cheese pizza.

Besides Tom having his chimp out at Mr Enter for his shitty cartoon, Tom (although he’s gotten better) has a reputation as being a brain rotted meme speaking pedo defender because of him jumping on bandwagon situations like Zaptie. It’s no surprise to me that they’re calling him a pedo. I don’t think he ever regretted it or made an apology vid either. The very first time I read Jameskii's famous "I can finally say it, twomad was a pedophile rapist" tweet I knew something was up. If you go back and reread the thing it's insane just how hysterical it is. Like it's not enough to accuse the guy of being a bad guy and a druggie but he's a rapist, he was grooming kids and guess what he tried to murder me too! It's so over the top it becomes almost comical. Like it's some cartoon shit. Jameskii clearly fucking hated twomad. Hated his guts to an obsessive degree.

So that's where all these accusations of Tom being a pedo-defender comes from? imo I think most twitter users don't have the capacity to remember the vague statement made by Tom about the Zaptie situation 3 years ago.

Anyway I'm a little disappointed with his fence sitting with Tom addressing Jameskii's nationality. His non-definitive answer of "James probably did not pretend to be Russian and this was a misinterpretation" was expected but it's still such a pussy move. Having him read out Jameskii's lie about English being the only language he's fluent in..? Dude is already on Jameskii's shit list anyway for being fair to both sides, he couldn't be bothered to just say out loud "Jameskii is Russian" and show him struggling to spell basic words in English. I guess he doesn't want to be Twomad'd by Jameskii.

it's the only thing I could think of as why they're calling him pedo. And I disagree with twitter users having poor memory, at least when it comes to drama like this.

Can they remember the facts of each case and the correct optics to talk about? FUCK NO

But can they remember the big "gotcha" moments? Yeah. Even if the gotcha is no longer correct, they'll remember it and bring it up in a sort of "Why are you talking when you've done thing A" type of deal.

It's a little hard for us who read Jameskii/Twomad's thread but most people who looked at Jameskii's original tweet accusing Twomad of pedophilia (58 million views now, holy shit) likely never found out that Jameskii was lying. 90% of people don't bother to research and Jameskii took advantage.

The lawsuit, in my opinion, was never about her being sexually assaulted (by a man she kept coming back to even though she says "No one has treated me more worse than you" straight to his face). The lawsuit was about getting some fuckin dosh in her bank account from as BAS would put it, a young nigga with money.

But I still think perhaps it's Igor being assmad that there's evidence of this girl saying that yes she was attracted to twomad.
