You purveyors of fine images of destroyed genitalia might be interested in a new collection proposed by the National Library of Scotland. They are curating an exhibition of TRANSOLOGY and are asking the public for items which will be of interest to trans fans everywhere.

What's an exhibition without a few choice medical self portraits?

This has potential but I doubt they'd let the reality of this butchery go on display in a fucking art gallery for the public to see.
You want to instantly Peak a population show them ElephantDicks "journey" immortalized on canvas.
I'm guessing they want pictures of troons showing off their fantasy Stunning and Brave new selves, not the vile reality with its pus, blood, and tears, and smell of regret.
That is just the smell of regret in this gallery, isn't it?

Oh God...
Oh boy, do we have a ton of pictures to send them. La crème de la crème.
Time to fire up a burner email and send the faggots my 9th Circle folder...

In all seriousness, they could actually do with these images. These people actually need to know wtf they're in for if they plan on having these surgeries.

I’m making my way through from a couple hundred pages back but I thought this comment was ironic. It’s pertaining to the phallo sub banning gendered terms despite the majority of its users being real life big boy doods. These same doods will cry about calling it “women’s healthcare” or saying “pregnant woman” and they’re all too coombrained to see the irony.

In all seriousness, they could actually do with these images. These people actually need to know wtf they're in for if they plan on having these surgeries.

It should in theory, but with SRS a lot of troons have the same attitude that many drug addicts have before they inevitably become homeless or overdose: "I'm not like those people, that won't happen to me!" And those are actually the less deluded ones. Many of them are also convinced from super flawed studies or general troon propaganda that SRS is completely safe and that a crazy low number of surgeries are botched or regretted.

It would do a fantastic job to peak normies or "eggs" (people groomed into identifying as trans) on the verge of "hatching" (full on joining the cult), however. Many normies seem to believe that SRS literally gives troons functional penises or vaginas (or very good equivalents) until they see the actual procedures or results.

Assorted horrors. Forgive me if my formatting's off, first post in this thread <:D

Not much from this one's page but I found this interesting, both showing how bad of a parent troons are and also the irony in responding to a men of reddit post when you're meant to be a valid woman:

His post stirred up some discourse because well, looks like a man. Once again showing how tolerant the LGBT are to gender nonconforming people.

Eh, he gets a point for being honest I guess

You know those weird stress toys that are like a tube filled with liquid and sparkles that kind of flops around and can be turned inside out? Google tells me they’re called water trick snakes.
Like that, but with pus and fewer sparkles. Imagine trying to ram one of those inside someone. Not happening. The delusion is incredible. None of them have any erotic sensation in the ‘dog. At most they will have pressure on a buried clitoris and a vague sense of touch at the base of the ‘dog.
But it’s sold to them as a functional penis, with a ‘nerve hookup’ like it’s a fucking jump lead you just clip on
I think you're underselling water snakes.

They aren't floppy like a flaccid cock, they're rock-hard and filled to bursting. It'd probably make a great sex toy!

Fuck, maybe the surgeons can start selling a new "no skin graft" procedure where the rot dog is replaced by a water snake and a bit of flesh colored rubber. Wouldn't even notice the difference.

Turns out u/LennysArtt, that extremely obese TiF that had to get an emergency graft was hiding another complication from her stage 1 surgery. She neglected to post this previously because she didn't want terfs to find it.
Her phallus had wound separation so bad at the base that it needed surgical repair.
Reminder she's very obese, Started phalloplasty at 19yo and a Type 1 diabetic. She also had top surgery at 15.

(EXTREMELY GRAPHIC) If You’re Wondering What Wound Separation That Needs Surgical Intervention Looks Like..
These pics are from when I was still in the hospital dealing with complications from my original stage one. I made a comment a few mins ago in this sub that made me realize I’ve never posted these parts of my healing. This was the worst of it. I’m extremely happy with where I am now and I’m very proud of my mind and body for enduring and surpassing all it has. I think it took some mental processing to feel comfortable sharing these specific things here. I’ve been alerted people have been saying nasty things on Twitter but I really don’t care what TERFs and unhappy conservatives have to say about me at this point 😭💀

For anyone who didn’t know.. wound separation isn’t typically repaired surgically and it’s allowed to let heal on its own in almost all situations. Closing a wound separation can essentially trap any sort of brewing infection or bacteria inside your body and make it much worse. However, I was actively in the hospital, already on a PICC line (IV straight to the outside of your heart essentially), and taking strong antibiotics and this separation was very big and limited my movement and comfort by a lot. It made more sense to close it and I’m very happy they did. Waking up was a huge sense of relief! I’ll show a pic of what that looked like too. It was the first time I could really start to see the penis I had envisioned since I half had gone black way earlier on

Don’t mind the bit of bandaging, I still have a tiny hole at the bottom of the base of my penis but it’s healing well!

I wanted to give a little update since swelling went down a LOT.. I can actually sorta get my fingers around one of them really well but the other is a bit deeper it seems. With time I’m gonna work on this a bit with manual stretching but if it doesn’t make a difference I really don’t mind lol

Masturbating has been really fun and easy. I was worried about the implants getting in the way but especially with lube, they really add to the experience and I find myself really embracing and enjoying using and interacting with my natal anatomy more so than before

I was also worried about keeping things clean since they’d add more “folds” I suppose but that hasn’t been an issue besides the first couple of days post op when things were swollen and sore. It’s actually easier to clean down there now because I can use the implants to really “spread” things and not have to maneuver myself in the shower all weird to get the right angles to clean properly lol

As always AMA!

In medical terminology, you could almost liken it to a very large stoma created in the inguinal area using tissues from the genitourinary tract to reinforce it.

In practice, amholes are basically very large puncture wounds with deep channels.
It’s WORSE. Because the stoma is just a section of the intestines that are cut away and pulled through the abdomen. It’s still anchored in place with whatever interstitial tissue was already around it (I am not a clinician obviously). Same if the person has a Hartmann’s pouch - basically the asshole-end stub leftover from the intestines after a colectomy. That stays in place, doesn’t have to be packed or dilated, it just stays where it is and keeps making colon juice. But a neo”vagina” is just fuckin chopped up and slapped together and requires a LOT more work to stay in place, avoid necrosis and avoid healing closed.

Ya know. I’ll give respect where respect is due. Dude is super into body mods and knows he’s actually a dude.

He’s still a retarded pervert, but at least he’s honest.

It took me way too long to figure out the mess that is her genitals. Beyond merely being fat, there's so much swelling around the rotdog that you have to look down from the opening of the labia before eventually running into the hyena clit. The implants are barely noticeable in the cacophonous sea of rippling, swollen folds.

I'm surprised this deathfat is even consciously aware of hygiene, given all her other nightmare fuel.

Fucking horrific vaginoplasty nightmare is now available for your viewing pleasure in Kathy Rumer's thread

Surprisingly everyone is telling him to go to the ER ASAP and shitting on him for going "haha ill just wait till tomorrow". There's even a pooner (Not_ur_gilf) in the middle of all the hon comments.

She went to the ER and she got on antibiotics and is improving. She also goes into how the Crane center failed her but she is also defending them.
I was feeling ignored by the Crane Center and they weren’t giving me more than “I’ve seen worse,”
That being said, I understand why the Crane center said they weren’t worried...
Their response times are horrible though which really adds to the feeling of being neglected. Before going to the ER I tried calling and emailing the Crane center and they literally took 10 hours to email me back (they didn’t call back).
I’ve still had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Crane himself. His team just comes off apathetic about issues, but friendly in other regards.
I’ll still probably be having stage 2 with them (I was considering not).
"My doctors don't care about my health, but they're really friendly!"
She would unironically go into a van for free candy. Or free hormones.
There is a fetish subculture in male homosexuals where they inject silicon into their penis and/or scrotum, sometimes to the point where penetrative sex is no longer possible. Wildman T saw a market gap.
This is a great time to bring that gay furry that ran a gay BDSM sex cult based around injecting so much silicone into their balls that one of his sex slaves died.

Gay guys who are way too into BDSM are into castration fetishes. You occasionally see headlines in the news about cutters hacking guys' balls off in hotel rooms. There's a demented article from the Daily Beast trying to promote it as normal:
Inside the Dangerous Global Network of Backstreet Castrators, Cutters and Eunuch-Makers
In 2018, William, a thoughtful, handsome guy in his late twenties with an eye for design and architecture, took a train up from his home in Baltimore to New York to meet a man he’d been chatting with online for a few months. They had dinner, checked into a hotel near Times Square with a nice view of the Hudson River, and got all showered up and clean. Then, the man placed a restrictive band around William’s genitals and injected them with lidocaine. Once William was fully numb, the man sliced open his scrotum, cut off one of his testicles, and cauterized the testicular artery. He would have cut out William’s remaining testicle as well, but his cauterizing tool died. So, he sutured William up instead.
Cutters have made sensationalist headlines on and off over the last 20 years, usually when people who sought them out turn up bloody in emergency rooms and lead authorities back to the sites of their underground operations. Just a couple of months ago, police in rural Oklahoma arrested two men for allegedly performing surgery without a license on a 28-year-old who nearly bled out during a testicle removal in their remote cabin. These stories are often chock-full of sensationalist details of alleged sadomasochist torture, jars of preserved gonads, and cannibalistic inclinations. They paint cutters as splatter movie villains—as rare psychopaths preying on vulnerable youths.

But the world of cutters, and the people who seek them out, is far more expansive and complex than that image lets on. If you know where to look—on a few select castration-focused forums like Eunuch Maker, and within some private encrypted messaging channels, for example—you can find a fair number of cutters active across the globe. Based on his own hunt for a cutter, William estimates “that there are at least a few in each state” in the U.S. alone.
However, according to several experts on gender diversity and surgeries, and to a handful of people who have pursued the kind of services cutters offer, whom The Daily Beast consulted for this article, cutters’ operations do not reflect some kind of collective pathology. Nor do they merit tabloid melodrama or major legal crackdowns. Instead, they are largely the result of society’s failure to fully acknowledge, truly respect, and adequately serve deeply marginalized gender identities.
“I was told it was medically illegal, both in the U.S. and in Canada,” said Rev. Brother Shawn Francis Benedict, a self-identified voluntary eunuch cis man who started seeking a physical castration in the ‘80s.

Benedict has tried to be out and open about his identity for a couple decades now to help gender non-confirming people of all stripes find community and support. He’s fairly unique in that openness. Most eunuchs never discuss their surgeries, and even those who do not identify as cis men often choose to pass as male in their everyday lives to avoid stigmatization. He leads the queer-affirming Ray of Hope Church in Elmira, New York, and advances queer readings of the Bible from the pulpit. Or, as he put it: “I work tirelessly to expose the false assumptions of the ‘religionists’ in the church world by communicating the now very large theological school of thought that finds no condemnation of any person of any sexual orientation or gender in the Bible.”
Planning for emergencies often involves formulating a careful cover story for one’s injury, or resolving to claim it was a DIY attempt, noted Steve, who’s seen a number of these arrangements play out in the past in communities he’s been involved with. (Some of these cover stories truck in sensationalism as well, spinning tales of sadistic kidnappers and torture. This may help people get sympathetic treatment in the short run, but it risks contributing to the popular stigmatization of queer and kink communities overall in the long run.) He stressed that he and others feel a deep sense of duty to protect the people who helped them feel whole and right in their bodies.
Over the last five years or so, Schechter notes, the field of gender surgery “has expanded our thinking beyond the gender binary.” Doctors have developed new guidelines for working with people with diverse gender identities and surgical desires, which, as Schechter put it, “place a greater importance on body autonomy and self-decision.” This shift opens experts up to diverse requests without making patients prove, over years of therapy, that they fit an established identity box, just so long as they can show they fully understand the long-term ramifications of the procedures they’re asking for. Well over a dozen gender surgery practices in America alone now openly advertise their openness to doing all sorts of surgeries; running lists of these practices on eunuch and non-binary forums grow by the year.

“It’s nowhere near as weird and difficult to try to become a eunuch now as it was 30 years ago,” said Benedict, the castrated reverend. “Now, we have doctors who don’t even blink when you say you want to just remove your testicles, or just add a vagina. I never saw this coming.”
So, people active in this world argue, if tales of cutters slicing into scrotums in backwoods cabins make us uncomfortable, we shouldn’t gawp and call for major crackdowns on what may seem like unhinged predators from the outside. That sort of sensationalism only hurts the people who seek them out, they explain, as it drives cutters even further underground, making it harder to vet their knowledge and intentions, and casts the people who seek them out for lack of other care options as unhinged.
Best line:
Far too many medical experts still tend to read people who are not binary trans but want to remove part or all of their genitals as mentally ill and to recommend institutionalization, noted Johnson.
