I haven't gone and won't be going but the stand up tour is mostly symbolic. The material doesn't matter as much as an actual standup comedy show because the fans are just excited to see Sam in person. It's symbolic because it brought the gang back together, picking up right where WP season one ended, after a very heavy cancellation and blacklisting seemed to have killed MDE. They were originally going to do a tour in 2016 before everything went to shit and now they're finally doing it against all odds.
It is surreal seeing photos of the huge crowds lining up around the block to get in and the mob of fans running up after the show trying to get pictures and autographs. I would imagine the crowd is the same as any other crowd surrounding a niche internet celebrity but heavier on the right wing male demographic and significantly less transexuals.
