I know it's just a lie, and while it's not on the level of sick Leanna making dinner, it's kinda funny how poorly Phil paints himself as a husband without any prompting. Your wife is (supposedly) stressed out from work stuff and just wants to relax, but is still stuck doing chores. And instead of trying to do anything remotely helpful, Phil is having her cook potatoes while he sits in his office doing yet another round of the most boring Q&A imaginable for quarters. It's really the perfect scenario for Phil, he gets to cancel the "work" part of his work since he isn't playing any games...and he gets to avoid doing anything around the house.
This is one of the more puzzling things about Phil to me, he tries to keep private and not reveal personal info but then openly and candidly discusses his wifes work schedule (sometimes even mentioning exact times like when you can go mess with her),
he's been expecting money for sinply existing since before he got departnered on twitch. but at least during those days we got 4 hours if game play during the day shift instead of today's 3. hes also started doing mini prestreams at night delaying gameplay for 15-30 minutes. last nights $53 is more than the average night shift makes, dude actually brought in more than working 2 hours at burger king would have so expect more hang out and chill with phil streams. gaming will probably be down to once a week in 2-3 years.

They all do. Anyone with the slightest amount of sympathy or interest in Phil soon realizes the depth of their mistake. It's like trying to help a spoiled child.
I can see Phil looking at the washing machine not understanding how to fix uneven load and just yell for khet to fix, but I'm retarded and wanna believe this nigger when he speaks.
The main detail I recall is that Phil broke it by taking it out of the packaging completely wrong. The guy sent detailed instructions on how to lay it down, how to take it out of the packaging, and Phil ignored it all and busted it almost immediately while unwrapping it. I want to say the guy who got fucked over by Phil did a series of videos going into this in detail, but they're either buried deep in Youtube or gone now.

It's not only that, but Phil's got the idea that his podcast gets him the money since he'll make the majority of his daytime income from it. It just doesn't click in his head that the people donating for his podcast are idiots that budget out and guarantee what they're going to donate a day. It doesn't matter if he's podcasting, actually getting a game done, or playing tiddlywinks, he's gonna make the same amount. But he insists on not cutting down his damn podcast since he makes so much money from it.
I remember that yeah he yerked the fuck out of the case by the front and it caused one of the fans to come loose if I were to guess the guy who assembled it didn't use screws but those snap tabs and yes it's believed that he was running on his mobo's integrated graphics judging by the system information page it showed no drivers for the card.

There was some story he told that I think got covered in a recent WPIG stream where he talks about his introduction to fighting games. The story goes that his uncle or father took him to an arcade and he saw people crowded around some arcade cabinets. Keep in mind he is a little kid at this point, so he waddles up to play, some guy lets him. This guy is supposed to be some pro or something and is highly skilled at the game.
You forgot him yelling at the guys on stream, calling them conartists and hacks who scammed him.
You forgot hitting a wall or obstacle off screen then bitching about the game fucking him over because how was he supposed to know a pillar was behind him. Phil's spacial awareness in Souls games is something else.
The fact Phil hasn't realized it would be so much easier to just say "Kat doesn't want to appear on stream tonight and she doesn't feel the need to explain why." and end the discussion there and put it to rest completely instead of this convoluted 20 minute long story is so bizarre. He could still dangle the carrot of Co-op with his dents and could avoid giving out conflicting information and/or making the both of them sound like lazy retards.
