They aren't really "dead" in the sense that most humans think of death, energy can never truly be destroyed. But I basically blast them apart with my force of will and shred them to millions of pieces and it takes them hundreds of thousands of years to reform and that process is quite painful. Learn how to project your energy if you would like to fight them. Learn how to lucid dream first as that is easier.
