I'm not sure how appropriate it is for the thread, but I saw this video a little while back and felt it fit the thread's genre. I'd consider giving it a watch (forgive the anime in the beginning, you can skip that part)
It's a video about Japanese host clubs, how they operate, who tends to patronize them, etc. (anyone who doesn't know what those are, they're basically a place chicks can go to drink and have snappily dressed men pay attention to them. The west doesn't really have anything comparable)
A lot of their customers, the majority in fact, are young single women.
Therefore quite a few of their customers are actually involved in sex/companionship work. But they didn't start out that way, they will admit they
got into the work to pay to go to host clubs.
To reiterate, these are mostly girls in their 20s, who go flirt or sleep with men (usually older/business men), in order to take all that money to a bar in exchange for the attention and approval of another man. As stated in the video, clients will sometimes openly admit how much supporting their host gives their life meaning and motivates them to work.
Is that pimping? Idk.
There isn't much to woman-hate on there, it's mostly just very bizarre, also an inspirational story as to how you can get women to go work while you sit around drinking and not doing shit.
