It's a well known fact that the consequences of women being allowed to learn to read and write have been disastrous for humanity.
As the cat is now thoroughly out of the bag in regards to trying to have women banned from learning to read and write I propose another solution.
Men should create their own language. Teaching the language to women would be punishable by castration then death. This language would then be used in all matters of politics and business and any other matters ofglobal importance.
By effectively barring women from participation in any matters beyond the most trivial by simply speaking in a language they can't understand, we could drastically imrpove the state of everything in the world.
The language would need to be both spoken and written, easy for men to learn and baffling for women. It should have no connections to existing languages and the use of gutteral grunts, burps and even farts could help obfuscate the language. I would go so far as to say that even a new character set, completely separate and unconnected from existing character sets should be created.
Numerals could likely be left as is but numbers should be written in base 16. It's well known women are incapable of abstractly contemplating numbers and are incapable of of looking at something like 10 and seeing it as the value '16'.

As women have no skill or knack for numbers focus should instead be on the communication portion of the language and obfuscating it as much as possible. Women are social creatures and hiding our meaning from them will be quite a challenge.
Our biggest threats will likely come from simps, white knights, male feminists and other men insatiably driven by their baser sexual urges. They will be unable to do what needs to be done and cut women from all matters of important communication.
Over time the castration executions will deal with this issue but the language will likely need to evolve and change at a rapid pace at first as the simps and the soys reveal our secrets to the fairer sex.
Why is this such an important endeavor? Women are naturally emotionally driven creatures who lack the higher level thinking skills men possess. They are driven only by what men would consider our baser brain functions, women lacking higher brain functions, are driven only by fleeting emotions and moments of feeling.
This is an incomprehensibly silly way for a society to function and why for the majority of human history the idea of women taking part in any kind of decision making that required logic, critical thinking, abstract creativity was a laughable joke that no person, women included, would have taken seriously. Anyone suggesting such a farcical idea would have been ridiculed and shamed for their stupidity.
Then the simps and the white knights slowly began to gain power and influence and like the women they worship and crave but who themselves are disdained by, they think only with their feelings and fleeting emotions and in a moment of the most utmost simpery allowed women's words to be heard alongside those of men's.
Society has been in a state of degenerated decay every since. There's no stopping the decline into humanity's most basest of states unless women are cut off from any kind of influence on important affairs and returned to their proper place in society. The quickest and most effective way to do this is to simply make it impossible for them to communicate about anything of importance.

Now I know you're probably thinking this is a herculean task unlikely to be accomplished. I realize this would require an act of brotherhood among all men unheard of before in all human history. But it can be done. It needs to be done.
