Oh, was he now? His phrasing is suspicious, and he's made a lot of questionable claims...but that one is checkable. It may take a while for me to get a response, but I'm going to ask for a FOIA records check.
The Navy and the Marine Corps have been extremely prompt with FOIA's in my experience. I await your findings. Although I'm not sure what years you'd give them for a fatrick search.

He was in the navy now apparently. You'd think someone trying to score points about things related to war and politics all day would've brought that up by now wouldn't you.
Oh shit, I did not have a Fatrick DeWitte arc on my bingo card. Man, given how much he spergs about stalkers atalkers and online trolls, making a claim that can be checked by basically anyone with an online request to the NPRC, seems like a bad idea to me. Of course maybe I'm wrong and he did serve in the Navy, I mean they work with dolphins and sea lions, maybe they work with whales as well.

Russia supposedly worked with Beluga's. This confirms that Patrick is a Russian asset.

It's been filed, but according to Mary Schantag of the POW Network, there are no matches in the online database for him for any branch of any service since 1985.

This is either a Tomlinson Technicality or a straight up lie.

Wait a fuckin second, how close is Pat to a felony right now? Yapping stolen valor on Twitter, where he talks about and promotes his books, might actually be a legitimate crime.
Legal kiwis, anything to actually go off here? Will Pat enjoy prison, child?

Lmao, he won't go to prison. Stolen Valor is only when there's fraud. The previous version didn't have that and was found unconstitutional (United States v. Alvarez, 567 U.S. 709 (2012)). He'd have to do something like, "Hey, I served in US Army in Afghanistan. Help a veteran, buy my books." for it to possibly count. You example is to incidental.

To be fair to the fat shit, he might be interpreting this fellow’s instruction to speak to the recruiting office as just literally that.

Going in and telling recruitment officers your opinions on things isn’t illegal I assume.

They probably will ask you to leave if they feel that you are winding them up, but Fatrick could indeed head to the local navy recruiting station and tell the recruiters about disabling tanks.

Wisconsin also has it's own state stolen valor law, although Pat still wouldn't fall under it:
946.78  False statement regarding military service.
(1)  In this section:
(a) “Military" means the U.S. armed forces, the state defense force, the national guard of any state, or any other reserve component of the U.S. armed forces.
(b) “Tangible benefit" includes financial remuneration, an effect on the outcome of a criminal or civil court proceeding, an effect on an election, and any benefit relating to service in the military that is provided by a federal, state, or local governmental unit or agency.
(2) Except as provided in sub. (3), whoever knowingly and with the intent to receive a tangible benefit falsely claims any of the following is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor:
(a) That he or she is or was a service member in the military.
(b) That he or she has been awarded a Congressional Medal of Honor, a Distinguished Service Cross, a Navy Cross, an Air Force Cross, a Silver Star, a Bronze Star, a Purple Heart, a Combat Infantryman's Badge, a Combat Action Badge, a Combat Medical Badge, a Combat Action Ribbon, a Combat Action Medal, or a Special Operations Identifier or Special Qualification or Skill Identifier, as authorized by Congress or pursuant to federal law for the U.S. armed forces.
946.78(3)(3) Any person violating sub. (2) with the intent to commit or aid or abet the commission of a crime other than a crime under this section is guilty of a Class H felony.

It's also worth noting that stolen valor is rarely prosecuted, even then. Serial police impersonator Jeremy DeWitte is also a serial stolen valor faggot, to the point where when he was in prison his other shit he was caught signing up for programs aimed at veterans, and nothing's happened.

A quick search of Wisconsin news stories has only found a couple of examples of stolen valor shit being prosecuted. One dude was using it part of a fraud where he was pretending to be a marine to rip a specific person off. Another had used it to claim a bunch of veteran related discounts for services and the like.

Applying to the Navy and getting rejected because of a 1.2GPA and immense obesity decades ago is not an actual exception to Dick Bottoms argument, Jennifer.

No child, I did not say I was in the navy. I said I love semen. Enjoy prison.
He is already backtracking
