Best bet is probably if she can get the lass that OD'd to agree with what happened in Barcelona, then get the other parties to settle, because going to trial to settle defamation and tortious interference claims on an international scale is hell level difficulty especially when one of the defendants is literally the owner of the king of online porn websties.

Honestly, I’m just hoping this actually reaches trial. Legal proceedings can get messy in a funny way when you actually reach the courtroom. Or depressing given the circumstances.

Did you read the story? There wasn’t any allegation of rape. Her co-star ODed on set and because the plaintiff Hutchinson didn't want to cover it up and was hesitant about filming with a co-star in the hospital, she alleges that she got blacklisted and blamed for the OD.

It’s a really crazy story. I don’t think I’ve ever heard of someone buying street lithium (how hard is that scrip to get??) let alone someone ODing on it. I guess the woman in question didn’t know what it was? Lithium simply isn’t recreational.

I'd expect this behavior from a newbie but she's been around. Lawsuit is doomed, there's no porn union and stuff like saying Pornhub changed their algorithm to bury her scenes is genuinely crazy.

The article is a fun read because the writer clearly thinks this is stupid and has fun with the details.

One thing about lithium is that the therapeutic dose is measured at a blood level, how many pills is needed differs from person to person. This is determined by blood tests and increasing the dose until a certain serum level is obtained.
Another wrinkle is that the serum level if affected by hydration, if someone is dehydrated then the concentration goes up(obviously) and overall hydration can change from something like heat/climate (sweating a lot).

And one last thing, blood tests needs to be done regularly because lithium damages the kidneys. Even with a normal dose the sudden need for dialysis might be needed. Self-medicating with lithium is completely bonkers.
