The hope is that some nobody is going to pick up Fallout NV and get redpilled and become someone important in the next 5-10 years. And Todd Howard will sink into obscurity because he's the tried and true definition of a hack.

Depicting medieval Europe (even if it's a fantasy version) filled with a bunch of Niggers is disrespectful and most likely meant as a direct insult.
Beyond simply not buying that specific product, you should hold the people who created something so vile in utter contempt and not buy anything from them at all.

I view buying a game or movie not as purchasing a product but as funding a company.
