It was a necrotic one. Looked like Fourniers but it wasn't actually Fourniers, just filth and bad hygeine combined with a shit surgeon. You get the idea though. Its in the SRS thread somewhere but I can't remember where exactly and it'd take me a long time to find it.

There was one with loads of hideous lumps at the top and a big slough of yellowing tissue hanging out of it. That one was pretty bad.

One of the things that amazes me the most is this is not exactly uncommon.
The majority of SRS procedures, if not quite that bad, are still pretty fucking bad, and its not hard to find typical examples of likely results.
I know troons are hugboxed to fuck and beyond, and actively seek out confirmation bias, but you'd think the sheer percentage of these procedures that have some level of complication, even if you set aside the truly disatrous ones, would make them think twice.
I know its that "this will never happen to me" mindset is more common than not, it just amazes me how anyone would risk that shit, even if theres a 1 in 10000 (and its not that, shit I'd bet real money only 1 in every 100 has zero complications) risk of a necrotic ditch... I guess if they were sane they wouldn't be troons in the first place.

Back in the day I used to look at plastic surgery disaster type websites. Those sites essentially all had the same collection. Don't get me wrong, the ones they had were truly awful. But the difference is that troons freely share their results again and again, many thinking the results are good. The supply seems ENDLESS.
Unlike those old plastics sites, no sane person can look at this thread and the SRS general thread and think "ok, but those are just the worst case scenarios, the exceptions to the rule." Like....this isn't just bad SRS. This is SRS.

There's artistic potential to this flesh origami toaster. It is butchered beyond the point of being recognised as flesh, it does not look human anymore. Not a genital, not even gore anymore. This is the greatest work of butcher Rumer. It has past the point of horror and I can't look away. It just amazes me.

Thoughts and prayers for whatever doctor (ER surgeon on call..... or medical examiner, if they keep putting off going to the ER) has to look at that abomination up close and personal, and decide how to handle it. The photo is bad enough. I can't imagine having to deal with this Geneva-convention level war crime's ooze and smell.

We have an update from Babysoots, Rumer's latest victim. Apparently he and Rumer are no longer talking because her follow-up care was basically non-existent.

OFC this asshole wanted someone familiar with "gender affirming care" instead of an emergency room doctor. Any doctor not 100% in favor of this kind of mutilation would look at that mess and call the medical board. Yes, wound dehiscence is a thing. This is far beyond that.
I mean, sure, he got butchered in an unholy way that would do Satan's minions proud, and got ghosted by Kathy when it went sideways. Heaven forbid if this was used in any way to keep others from accessing "life saving procedures", ya know??

What can a surgeon do to repair that? All I can think is that they have to cut out the middle bit and sew it up, true eunuch style.

If this were any other kind of surgery and any other kind of surgeon, they would be more worried about this dude's health than about PR.
It sounded like the second surgeon he saw wants this healed by tertiary intention. It seems like an ideal use for a VAC, both to speed healing and to protect the area from contamination.
I would worry he's cruising for a diverting colostomy for wound healing as well:
As @Mr Bones Wild Ride brought up (in a different thread), this guy should be on an intense bowel care regimen so he's not straining his mutilated pelvic floor to pass stool. He needs to be shitting like a goose, for therapeutic reasons. However, that would mean he's dealing with fecal splattering in the immediate vicinity of giant wounds, compounded by troon hygiene and home wound care in a difficult area.

Well, usually it's because there are multiple hideous leg wounds, but the principle is the same.
I would like someone to record a video interview with this guy. It'd be great in a documentary, but I don't think he'll be around when the trans bubble bursts.

The latest pictures it looks like the amhole itself has turned fully necrotic and beginning to slough out.
Its got the same green slime look as a Deer I saw while hunting once that had fallen in a narrow gorge and must have broke its neck.
I don't know how he's dilating that, but if he is he has to be pushing necrotic tissue back into the wound.
The torn open wounds at the side look bad enough but at least they're not a bad color.
I'm more concerned at the dark cyanotic look of the skin around the area, it looks like its losing circulation, and with the amhole looking rotten... I don't think this has a happy ending for him.

The gorge was too tight and too deep for anything other than birds and flies to get down there so it just rotted, and from what I could see from up at the top a lot of it was the same color as this dudes amhole.
