Anyone able to find anything else about him? The residential IP that someone posted in relation to him earlier geolocates to Washington state. It says Seattle but who IP geolocation usually isn't very accurate and it might be that he doesn't even live in the city limits. I tried looking for Andrew Delaney + Discord and Andrew Delaney + Washington but neither turned up much info.

Mainstream press (especially certain pseudo press elements) and personalities really hate when people notice things about their favorite pet groups don't they? Since only Tier 1 offenders get delisted in WA, this guarantees that the charges were either:
-CSAM, "no risk of reoffending"
-Grooming, "no risk"
or the case was so exceptional, like a leaked nude, or the owner has some sort of retardation that prevents him from being dangerous to others in the community.

CP laws are so retarded when minors are the defendant. They give reduced sentences and make the rules they have to follow outside less strict.

This is actually really good, because when these types are usually released, they are told to either have no social media, get it approved, or to not use anything with encryption. He's violating his release conditions by doing this.

Journalists are known for making shitty news stories that are poorly researched when it's about the internet.

I don't think they've even joined the boykisser servers or seen the screenshots. They probably saw the LGBT theme of these servers, and assumed that we were bullshitting or accusing them of being pedo's for being le heckin gay and wholesome before they even looked at the screenshots.

I always notice how incorrectly confident they are in what is legal and what isn't.

They legitimately think that as long as the requests happen in a dedicated channel, it isn't soliciting nudes. Federal CSAM laws make it a crime to have nudes of someone below 18, regardless of AOC on the state level.

Whether or not thigh pics count as CSAM, I guess we will have to wait for the Dost Test to kick in.
