I've been convinced for a while a lot of these SRS butchers are secretly based transphobes by the way they treat these people, they'll have a patient who can't piss, obviously from some kind of blockage, and tell them "just drink more water" or someone complains about a literal necrotic infection in their amhole, and the reaction they get is "it's fine," to even inflict this shit on a crazy person to begin with you'd have to be a fucking sociopath, but then you see surgeons like Rumor or Dr Garcia, the troll face dude from Madrid, and see the pure cold blooded way they respond to these freaks when the hysterical Troon calls up with their genitals rotting, either fobbing them off and trying to actually stop them from seeking much needed medical aid, or just ghosting them completely, and even suing the ones who speak out, and it makes me think they secretly hate troons and they're doing it on purpose.

when your crotch is shredded due to childbirth they give you a bottle (usually called a peribottle) for rinsing yourself off after you pee. I assume other crotch accidents are treated the same way though I didn't personally see a lot of this when I worked in hospitals. He may be advised to pat the exterior dry with something clean after a rinse. When someone is on a ton of opiates they don't do a lot of shitting to begin with, it tends to be like shitting out dry pebbles one or two times a week, even when patients are taking stool softeners etc. those kinds of shits rarely leave anything behind to clean up, the danger is if a patient strains a lot to eject the poo and causes a hemorrhoid or other damage to the fragile area. as long as he can resist the urge to push it will probably be okay.

I had a major body sculpting surgery on Tuesday. Pic is from this morning. Had done:

Removal of my lower 4 ribs (2 on each side)... This allows for my sides to cinch in, so aides in getting that classic hour glass figure.

Lipo of my waist area, then relocate the fat to my hips and butt (a BBL).

Breast augmentation, went from a B to a D (the boobs will drop lower over the next couple months.

Also, had some of the lipo fat injected into my lips.

I am in tons of pain. Feeling marginally better today compared to yesterday. One of my best friends is here looking after me.

Oh yes, and my surgeon is Dr. Rikesh Parikh, based out of Seattle.

This your first rodeo when it comes to plastic surgeons, their complete lack of medical knowledge outside of cutting people up, and their enormous ego? Pretty sure crying lawsuit has been a tried and true practice of plastic surgeons since the 80s. They aren't transphobic, they're just dumb as fuck when it comes to post-op anything. At least with tit jobs and facials if you go in to a hospital they have an idea of what could be going wrong. Imagine being a PA stuck doing overnights at your local hospital ER and THAT comes waltzing in spitting up mozza ball abscesses.

I think it might be. If you look closely at the shots that show the skin and tissue leading into the central cavern you can see patches of the yellow as well. It almost look as though the very top of the skin layers or whatever was used is rising off the underlying tissue and filling with pus. A bit like the top of a blister is transparent? But, not a doctor, and they don’t cover this is anatomy, so I remain as clueless as us all.
