More likely they all get osteoporosis. That's legit a given if you take T as a woman.
It's not just the T.

The Food and Drug Administration has approved those medications to treat prostate cancer, endometriosis, certain types of infertility and a rare childhood disease caused by a genetic mutation. But it has never approved them for gender dysphoria, the clinical term for the belief that one’s body is the wrong sex.

Thus the drugs, led by AbbVie’s Lupron, are prescribed to minors “off label.” (They are also used off-label for chemical castration of repeat sex offenders.) Off-label dispensing is legal; some half of all prescriptions in the U.S. are for off-label uses. But off-label use circumvents the FDA’s authority to examine drug safety and efficacy, especially when the patients are children. Some U.S. states have eliminated the need for parental consent for teens as young as 15 to start puberty blockers.
...
The Center for Investigative Reporting revealed in 2017 that the FDA had received more than 10,000 adverse event reports from women who were given Lupron off-label as children to help them grow taller. They reported thinning and brittle bones, teeth that shed enamel or cracked, degenerative spinal disks, painful joints, radical mood swings, seizures, migraines and suicidal thoughts. Some developed fibromyalgia. There were reports of fertility problems and cognitive issues.

The FDA in 2016 ordered AbbVie to add a warning that children on Lupron might develop new or intensified psychiatric problems. Transgender children are at least three times as likely as the general population to have anxiety, depression and neurodevelopmental disorders. Last year, the FDA added another warning for children about the risk of brain swelling and vision loss.

I saw a woman at the store who I was 100% sure of being a tranny, fat, male looking face, shitty hair, troonish attire (black leggings + skirt and beat up sneakers, under a raincoat), she even had the shadow of a beard. I was sure until she opened her mouth and spoke with a completely unmistakably female voice.

I feel sorry for her, she's the most troon looking natal woman I have ever seen.

I don't know why, but since last year I've been seeing more and more trannies pop up in the town I live in.

At the bar I frequent since last year there's 2 trannies, 1 is always there with an actual biological girl, he has messy hair, is fat and has a "they/them" pin on his rainbow coloured bag. It's a gaming bar so to participate in sessions, you gotta register in a 3rd party app, and his pfp is a Picrew avatar with the enbie flag on the background and with a tranny pin on the chest.
The other tranny in the bar I haven't seen in a while but he's taller, with messy dyed hair and more of a lanklet than anything.

At the place I study, I share my class with 2 TiFs and 1 they/them girl since mid last year. One of the TiFs and the enbie are always together, the TiF has always a "he/him" badge, she has been misgendered by the teachers a lot and even got her deadname said because apparently the name change was recent. She's always wearing black, baggy clothes with boots and has a choker with big spikes and a lot of piercings. She used to have short dyed hair that was styled like something you'd see in an anime boy, but now she's completely shaved, maybe she thought it would help her pass better.
The other TiF has dyed anime boy hair as well, piercings too but she has more variation in her attire at least, however still baggy clothes to hide her natural feminine body. Even then she looks more feminine out of the two cuz her fashion is pretty feminine. She uses cutesy pink hoodies, dress shirts with ties, she uses black nail polish. Despite all of this I know she doesn't have a binder, I think neither of them are even on HRT cuz they don't have the usual changes that happen when you do that.
The enbie girl is very annoying, she's very Twitter. She has a dinosaur NB sticker on her notebook and a fox tranny pin on her bag. She's pretty fat and usually wears tight clothes so everyone gets to see her fat stomach. She talks about JK Rowling being terrible, she says how Hazbin Hotel is awesome but she heavily dislikes the creator, she gets mad by things that happened in the 1200's... She has also a very very bad habit of sucking her thumb like a goddamn baby, her teeth are fucked up because of that. My most vivid memory of her will be that one time I saw her sucking her thumb while watching Bluey during class.

There's been other tranny sights in the wild, but these 5 people are the ones I see the most. Honestly the first TiF is pretty shy and the other is pretty friendly so I don't have really any complains, just makes me sad to see young women go down this route.

Is it a rule of troondom that when the weather is barely nice enough to finally just put on like a tshirt and jeans that the troon has to immediately dress like a street walker?

Natal women are not walking around like streetwalkers in tube tops and micro skirts in 60 degree weather.

Not that many where i live because since its an islamic no-go zone, but i had a run in with a very degenerate one in university, some years ago. Typical fat weeb, no filters when it came to sperging about anime and lesbians. Somehow found the social media of every woman he met and if you were dumb enough to not block him, he bombard you with long rants and pictures of his crappy drawings of anime-lesbians. asking inappropriate questions like what kind of porn you like or if you touch yourself and how.

smelled very bad irl, of course, greasy hair in pigtails.

Most people ignored or blocked or tried to be polite to him, but even if you told him to kys or fuck off it was like he did not care or even hear it.

Saw this massive unit at a local coffee shop. Couldn't help laughing out loud at him, as he dwarfed the woman he was standing next to. At least 6' tall. Has a moustache to go with his dress.

Saw a troon while I was walking home from grocery shopping. Greasy hair, bad hair dye job, fat, fluffy bunny-ear headphones, wearing fishnet stockings and shitty hooker clothes. Stood uncomfortably close to me at the intersection and did that fake running thing while grunting until the light changed. Very disturbing.

Spotted today at a small local convention -> long hair dude with short shorts, definite mtf. Didn't interact with him.

Ftm pooner, fat, blue hair, cane. Interacted with her and she seemed pretty nice. No obvious pronouns on badge and had a unique, creative name.

They/them woman with short hair who got misgendered by a fellow staff member woman on accident. Pronouns written on badge next to name. The woman apologized for her error and the genderspecial seemed pissed. Pretty funny for me

The number of obese women in their early twenties who have blue hair and a cane is quite bemusing. Imagine choosing "obese, Coronation St. Fanclub member, 1970's pensioner" as your aesthetic.
So many elderly women had blue tinted hair when I was growing up. It's a distorted reflection, especially since so many of them refused to use a cane even if they needed one, because they spent so much of their lives being too proud to admit that they needed help from anyone and anything.

It's happened to me before and I find the best response is to play dumb. Act befuddled, like you don't know what they mean, and if necessary, ask, "What's a pronoun?"
I don't know how I never saw this, but:

Everybody knows what pronouns are. Those are taught in school. If some young person asks what a pronoun is, they might be accused of joking. That never ends well.

It sounds like I'm over-thinking this, but sometimes you have to to avoid an "it's ma'am" situation. Though the few times I grit my teeth and bear it is when I'm on the observation table. You don't wanna piss off your doctor.

Forgot to mention that in every case they rambled, they always ended with "I'm sorry if I made you uncomfortable". I don't understand this bit.
Do they think I mistook their bullshit for coming onto me, and that I might go to HR and metoo them?

I genuinely think you'd be surprised. Most normies aren't part of the culture war shit and unless they're an English teacher or something, I think your average everyday person in the street probably doesn't know the word 'pronoun'. They know what 'he' and 'she' are, but they'd struggle to find the proper grammatical term, unless prompted.

Ask them what 'nouns', 'verbs', 'adverbs' and 'adjectives' are, and I rather suspect they'd struggle, as well - Hell, I had to double-check the meaning of 'adverb' on Google myself, and I'm literally the one making this point.

My bad - I meant this in a more loose sense, because you're absolutely right.
Though sometimes, the "erm, you're using the wrong pronouns" crowd are far removed from reality and don't always realize not everybody knows what pronouns are.
But I still say if you're younger (and female, and dressed like an artfag hipster) and not an old man, they're less inclined to believe you.

The men whooping "HOW are people misgendering me?? I'm clearly wearing a pink bow, that signifies I want to be called a woman! They did this ON PURPOSE!" are often triggered by those with a job who live in the real world. That's always fun.
No, "Sheena", the old black guy at the corner store doesn't know he's being "transphobic"when he's telling you to have a nice day.

Again with the maxi skirts! Is that all they know how to wear?? I don't remember the last tranny I saw without one. Nice handbag, Mrs. Potato Head.

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome or even just an abnormal chromosome can always be an issue. Sad that girls with PCOS are now being peer pressured to be a boy "since you have a beard and can't get pregnant anyway"

A few weeks ago I went with a friend of mine to a nearby college town and to end our visit we stopped in at a really nice Japanese import market. They had fresh fish, produce, all kinds of snacks and ramen, and even Boss Coffee. Anyway, we go to check out and there are two lanes - I get this kind old Japanese woman who speaks broken English and my friend got this tall, lanky, greasy, long-haired guy with gamer neck and a mask over his stubble wearing a tranny pride pin and a name tag that said "she/her" on it. Bro looked like a cross between a plague doctor and a greasy teenager.
