Shit's getting bad and it's gonna get worse. I'd bet during summer some bad shit is gonna happen. If the powers that be were smart they'd be either legalizing duels to the death or bringing back colloseums. People need a pressure relief valve or shit is gonna boil over pretty quick. I never got why duels to the death were done away with in the first place. Without them you ruin two lives because one dude gets murdered and the other ends up in jail.

Obviously this won't happen because people would just challenge the faggots in Congress to a duel every day and none of the fags in Congress have a spine so they'd puss out. Though there was that one congressman from Oklahoma who challenged some bureaucrat faggot to a fight recently if I remember right.

No one has interests in Niger worth the costs

If Russia or China want to shit money into an abyss like Niger, great! The military government there is a bunch of retards who will keep getting embarrassed by jihadis, who will never have the strength to win either. Let them slapfight each other forever

There are literally no costs to removing all US military from Niger and literally no benefits to keeping them there

Okay, to the judge's credit, jury trials are designed for the finding of facts and applying the law to the set of facts.

The Second Amendment challenge should have been raised in the omnibus motion submitted by the defense, and the judge should have made a ruling at that time. The issue here is that (at least in my experience) the trial judge will say: "The motion to dismiss based on the constitutionality insert relevant statute is denied." And that's that. You just have to preserve the issue for appellate review.

Judges are often frightened by their own prospective reelection and supervising judges in their district, that they don't break the status quo, even when it's the right thing to do. Criminal defendants are not a popular group, so nobody bats an eye when they're thrown into a cage, even when the justification is constitutionally repugnant.

I'd love to see that too. I'm of the opinion that the US shouldn't be sending any money as foreign aid when they have domestic problems that could use that money instead, though. I think the same of my own country.
