My bet is no show tonight. He wouldn't no-show for the court and then show up for a show he hates.

For some reason the captcha is spitting up hairballs at me, but if there's a bench warrant that should show up on the docket as an event. Or if she just pled guilty to it to avoid the death penalty Nick would have somehow got her. It’s just so FUNNY and WEIRD that he didn’t show up for court. Incel prudes could never understand this excellent legal strategy.
TERRAIN TERRAINI’ve been told April and Nick were both no-shows to the hearing, working on getting a copy
Aaron reacted to a Harman Smith Rekieta Retardation video
There's nothing in the docket, and Stearns County makes warrants publicly available: https://jailroster.stearnscountymn.gov/Outstanding and there's nothing showing up there for herFor some reason the captcha is spitting up hairballs at me, but if there's a bench warrant that should show up on the docket as an event.
I wonder how long until he stops streaming altogether. It's coming. My bet is no show tonight. He wouldn't no-show for the court and then show up for a show he hates.
The guy is on track to lose his life.dammit nick, we lost the case again
Very disappointing. That would make it so much funnier. Being rackets client and ending up in jail over a nothingburger. There's nothing in the docket, and Stearns County makes warrants publicly available: https://jailroster.stearnscountymn.gov/Outstanding and there's nothing showing up there for her
I believe the "may" in this context means that the police are now allowed to issue an arrest warrant.Granted, it says may, but still...

At least Aaron recognizes that Harman is a retard. I'll defer to Aaron with regards to Kayla because he's right that all we realy have to go off of is reasoned speculation based off of a few appearances on Nick's show, her Instagram, her youtube playlists, etc. There is plenty of room to be wrong about Kayla.
That said, PLEASE Aaron, go on Kino Casino like you just said you would. PLEASE. I might actually watch their show for once. PLEASE go on and try to explain that Nick isn't really a withering alcoholic coomer incapable of understanding how he piloted his internet career into the ground at a 90 degree angle. Set the record straight for us humble farmers.
It sure looks like he publicly solicited lewds from his winemom audience in his Locals chat which was viewable by the wider public and documented in real time. It sure looks like he posted a picture of a bottle wedged firmly between his butt cheeks. It sure looks like Kayla gifted him an "underwear party" at a nightclub called the Gay90s. It sure looks like he drunkenly claimed he would fuck the shit out of Man(dy) the Catfish wearing an unrelated woman's digital skin suit if only he weren't married. It sure looks like he announced on stream that multiple pregnancies wrecked his wife's body.
But maybe we're wrong.
I dont know much about the law. But wouldnt your lawyer not showing up be malpractice?
There's likely not gonna be a bench warrant.
Elb uploaded the the clip of the proceedings. All 39 seconds of it.
- April and Nick no show. Court makes note of that.
- Prosecutor moves that April be convicted of the offense, and the conviction be stayed for 10 days to to give the defendant a chance to appear.
- Judge grants prosecutor's unopposed motion.
Police do not issue arrest warrants. Judges do.
"Conviction will be stayed for 10 days. Bail is scheduled fine amount plus costs and disbursements."
I maintain once again she would’ve been better off with Ethan Ralph showing up than Rekieta. Couldn’t even get the balldo off to show up on a zoom call to help out a friend who watches his kids. What do you think his excuse was going to be his fever jumped up suddenly to 109?- April and Nick no show. Court makes note of that.

To be fair I'd rather show up in court than download zoom."The failure to appear will be considered a guilty plea and waiver of your rights including the right to trial for certain offenses, unless you appear in court within 10 days of the failure to appear and show the failure was due to circumstances beyond your control. (Minn. Stat. § 169.91; 609.491; Minn."
I can understand Nick not showing up, but both of them not showing up was really dumb. Even if she had just shown up and pled guilty, she would have been better off than she is now. They would have given her an option. I'm almost sure now its going to just go on her record.
And I mean its a zoom call. You don't even have to set foot in the court.
It appears to be correctable... maybe... within the next 10 days, but already Nick looks unprofessional as shit by no-showing to a scheduled hearing. And one over Zoom, at that.So is nick taking down people with him by doing stupid shit again?
Correct. She would have likely paid less if she just mailed in the amount of the fine. Assuming that's a thing you can do in MN. I assume it is. Now she's got court fees on top. He's such a great lawyer that not only does she pay the original fine amount, she now has to pay court fees and disbursements on top of that. lol. Like everyone else, she would have been better off staying far away from Nick.
I can't. Why the fuck take the case if you aren't gonna attend a scheduled hearing? This looks stupid.I can understand Nick not showing up
So basically totally unprofessional behavior from Nick. What a complete loser. If you're going to no-show just write a fucking check or pay it online instead of being a total deadbeat piece of shit.- April and Nick no show. Court makes note of that.
Well, Nick is unable to control his drinking, we know that."The failure to appear will be considered a guilty plea and waiver of your rights including the right to trial for certain offenses, unless you appear in court within 10 days of the failure to appear and show the failure was due to circumstances beyond your control. (Minn. Stat. § 169.91; 609.491; Minn."
Even if you show up and the cops show up (instead of defaulting by failing to appear and getting it canceled which is kind of what you hope for), just showing up often has them make an offer better than the original ticket unless they really have a hard-on for you, in which case, oh well, you just plead guilty unless you actually have some solid evidence the ticket is bunk (good luck with that).Even if they take pity on April and she tries to sort it out, I can't imagine she's getting offered a break in costs after wasting the court's time.
