Oh, I’ve wondered how Allyson was doing. Nothing changes. Alex is still with her. Still claiming DID, still tubing herself, still claiming that coffee cake, iced coffee, and unneeded tube feeds are the best treatment for her atypical anorexia. But she’s committed somewhere now? She must be in heaven.

Photo of them together still looks like the photo the true crime junkies will use in their vids when she snaps and consumes him (fight that atypical anorexia.)

If her attitude towards food and the compulsion to skip the unneeded feeds distressed her that much, she could stop focusing on how she needs to be anorexic, stop putting all of her focus on food (“my problem is I’m totally anorexic so let’s make it all about giving me a medal for eating cake”), engaged with proper treatment for whatever digestive issues are real and not just a feedback loop of what she’s fucking with by claiming intermittent stomach paralysis and tubing herself. She’s not hopelessly lost in the clutches of end stage anorexia like Eugenia Cooney or Ashley Isaacs, though in her head she sees herself as that sick and that hopeless.

She could have a great prognosis, if she wanted it. Even just a bit of hard work in the proper therapy for her real conditions could turn her life around.

But this is what she wanted. To roleplay “severe atypical anorexia, applaud me for buying a tube online and feeding myself that way.” To crow that her psychiatrist says she’s losing weight too fast (even a psychiatrist would raise an eyebrow at the response “ok! I’m gonna eat a coffee cake and then run a tube feed with the tube I bought online.”

Allyson is never going to change because this is exactly what she wants out of life. She doesn’t want better, or different. This is who she is. Hiding in fake conditions is easier than the immense work it would take from her to get to a point where she genuinely cared about others and wanted to invest in them instead of her own false illness and feigned incompetence. You can’t ask me to do better if I seriously can’t even eat, guys, like look, I’m wasting away. Don’t ask me to do work on myself, that’s so ableist. Applaud me for cake and tube feeds!

Allyson actually managed to make her living situation worse / even more enabling. Before this admission, she was living with other "autistic" genderspecial NEETs.

Spencer, a housemate who claims to be autistic and is clearly biologically female:

I'm pretty sure she picked up all of these people from her last admission because they all popped up around when she was discharged.

On the topic of weirdo munchies with weirdo enabler boyfriends... Lots has happened with Rose! (AKA thefairygrandmother and rosethrives) She posts on tiktok almost every day and I try to avoid that app as much as I can. The last post I made about her was one month ago. Rose had just had a "major neurological event" and was in the hospital.

Everything will be under a spoiler because it's a lot to cover.

Spoiler: Hospital Stay

Rose had a second MRI scan because her doctors are very scared and it's very serious. MRI's are not dangerous unless you have a contrast allergy. The risk here is probably because she "needs" general anesthesia for an MRI... is valium not enough to get her to stop spasming? What is the "injury risk" from?


She posts a lip sync to sad music, it's not worth saving except for the caption. "They've never seen anything like this." Rose loses oxygen and that has managed to make her mostly blind and lose the ability to control her right arm. I'm pretty sure that the doctors have seen a hypoxic brain injury before...


Another lip sync. I included the video because she does this weird yawn or "gasp for air" thing in the middle of it. The doctor apologizes to Rose because she is clueless about what's going on, but she believes Rose is telling the truth and there's no way this can be anxiety. The next goals are rehab, oxygen, and a "talker" so she can rest her lungs.

Bad news, no rehab will take Rose because the ventilator and TPN means she is "too complex." But now Blayze is going to be her full time caregiver! She's going to spend three weeks doing intensive therapy at home and getting fun new equipment/toys.

The doctors never found a cause for Rose randomly desatting for several minutes at a time. They do think it made her Stiff Person Syndrome get worse, but being on oxygen is helping.

GROSS VIDEO WARNING! The original video is a woman saying "Have you ever considered that you might be fine?" and Rose decides to go fishing for sympathy or something, and replies with... a clip of her choking on her trach.


This is the caption for a video about how to support nonspeaking patients in the hospital, again it was not worth saving. Rose says she has been nonspeaking for most of the hospital stay.

And after all this trauma, Rose is having a "trauma relapse" and says she is not safe. Hmm if only she could have made different choices, like not getting an elective tracheostomy, and potentially avoided this!
"Nana Gail" is in the comments in every video from Rose. I don't know if she is Rose's actual grandma, but it seems like they know each other. Nana Gail tells us all that Rose had to be put into restraints. What the fuck Rose?

I might have missed a video, or Rose forgot to mention it, but now she's in rehab... nine days after she said no rehab would take her since she's too complex. She sat up for 12 minutes, wore pants, talked for several hours, and is planning for discharge and custom wheelchair assessment. Also Blayze learned to change her ostomy bag for her.

Rose is obsessed with her own future death again. She's going to put a recording of her voice in a build-a-bear peacock, and hide it in her closet for her mom to find it after she dies. Give her money so she can buy more for other people! No pressure!

Rose is going to be discharged in five days. Blayze is learning how to be Rose's caregiver, which I thought he already was? She's getting a Hoyer lift which is for transporting people who cannot sit or stand on their own.

Rose is home. She says that she "went into hypoxic respiratory failure in the exact same way a four year old does" because she would be at a good oxygen saturation before it plummets. I don't know what this means. She didn't get to the ER on time once, and now her disease has progressed. But she went to the ER FIVE TIMES for this, with multiple video footage of her "events" and everything, and the doctors didn't believe her almost dying until she was admitted and they saw it happen. Hmm I wonder why?

After less than two days at home, Rose had a gallbladder attack and is back at a different better hospital. She implies that she's taking legal action against the other hospital. Apparently she was begging her mom for death, so the doctor decided to sedate her just to shut her up?

And at this point, attaching files is not working well and the files won't load. So this will have to be a two part episode... the next part is more entertaining!

Here is Part 2 of the Rose Merrill update. I meant to post this sooner but never got around to it, luckily the delay meant that a couple more new things have been posted too.

At the end of the last part, Rose was in the hospital for a gallbladder attack. She didn't post anything for a few days, and when she did post again on the 14th, she was back at home. She made a video asking people to watch her videos for at least 5 seconds, because her videos weren't doing well anymore (she gets about 1000 views per video). It's not worth uploading the video but it was kinda funny in a pathetic way.

Rose doesn't like her special crib bed for adult babies, because she can't cuddle with Blayze in it. I'm still not exactly why she needs a special bed to keep her contained at night.

Rose's big reveal: OOPS! She does not have Stiff Person Syndrome, she actually has a super rare genetic disorder that mimics SPS. There's no research about her mutations, they "don't exactly know how" it effects her, and she's the only person in the whole world with her special mutations! Wow!
Side note: maybe her "progressive blindness" could be helped by cleaning her God-awful sunglasses, or just don't wear sunglasses indoors?

TW!! Cussing!! The next video, Rose is back in the ER and takes the opportunity to make a crying video for TikTok about how she would never choose to be in the hospital all the time, and if she is faking, then how should she stop? She has all the testing to prove that she's not faking, and she totally could prove it, she just chooses to keep that private.

Hat Horse Guide To Not Being A Munchie:
Delete TikTok and Instagram, or at the very least make it completely private except for family and friends. Don't go to the ER unless you are experiencing a true medical emergency (clogged line is not an emergency). Find a hobby or interest that has nothing to do with disability. Go to therapy for your real and serious mental health problems. It's almost summertime, so go to the park and listen to the birds and be grateful that it's never too late to change your path in life.


Hi Rose! You're a better example of "literally has nothing better to do" than I am! You got an ELECTIVE tracheostomy. You CHOSE THIS.

Next video: Rose opens up about her age regression problem. She even admits it's a problem. You are not actually a toddler. You are 24 years old. Amazon wishlist in bio! No pressure! But buy me orbeez! No pressure though!

People are allegedly accusing other SPS patients of faking because they do not have genetic mutations. Rose reminds everyone that she is the only person in the world with her genes.


Rose has the antibodies associated with Stiff Person Syndrome, but they come and go. It took years to get her genetic testing results back (I don't think YEARS is normal) and find out that she actually has a SWAN (Syndrome Without A Name) that mimics SPS. She never says what genes are affected.

Rose says her sibling might also have the same genetic SPS mimic, and her grandma might have had a milder form.

Remember that Rose was diagnosed with mitochondrial disease? She does actually remember apparently, but "we're not sure about it" so she just doesn't mention it ever.

"Dynamic and progressive disability" where she magically gains and loses skills with no explanation... that reminds me of Adjustable Jacquie (can you believe she's been gone for five years now?) but also sounds a lot like conversion disorder or FND (Functional Neurological Disorder)... or, you know, maybe just plain Munchausens.

Edit, I got the video to attach! But basically Rose says that when people complain about getting old, it hurts her feelings because she's going to die young. If she's the only person in the world with her disorder, how do they know for sure that it's going to effect her life expectancy?

Rose wonders what her purpose in life is. "Against all odds, I survived several minutes without oxygen." Wow, I wonder how long exactly, because I'm pretty sure that permanent brain damage occurs after only 4 minutes without oxygen? Her arms are already fully functional again. Maybe the odds are on her side because she wasn't actually in complete hypoxic respiratory failure? You will not find your purpose in life just from making awful TikToks every day, try doing volunteer work or something that actually contributes to the world.

Rose wants a service dog. She said recently that Blayze is her 24/7 full time caregiver... what could she possibly need a service dog for? Blayze can call 911, pick up items, etc. And now that she wants a service dog, she does not expect that she'll be dying soon.

And it's official, GoFundMe in bio! Didn't she have a dog a few years ago who was supposed to be her service dog? It was an Irish Wolfhound I think. Where's your dog Rose?


If multiple service dog programs think you are too sick for a service dog, maybe they are right. It is literally their job to evaluate people and see if they would benefit from a service dog, they know better than you do. But again, now that Rose wants something, she is not the sickest little girl in the world and she'll be fine. I'm also worried that she can't afford initial vet bills, how will she afford emergency vet bills? What about food, toys, etc? Standard poodles require A LOT of grooming, will Blayze be responsible for that too or is she going to pay for a professional to do it?

Long story short, Rose is the most special sick girl on the planet and she would never fake a disability... but now that she wants a service dog, she's not really that sick, everything will be fine, please donate.
