If we're going to be honest with ourselves there's precious little practical difference between a feudal system and the current oligarchy we live under, except of course that feudal peasants were granted far more freedom and fed far less poisonous food. And they didn't live under the delusion that they had a say. And Yeoman actually owned their land. And feudal lords generally tended to leave you to your own devices so long as you paid your taxes properly.Washington did not fight a war to become another King George.
Land war with China would essentially become Operation Downfall but with the added horrors of attempting to fight in a modern megacity. If the war with China goes how it's shaping up, people will be wanting them in 2034. They might not be right, BUT they will want it.
Now, I'm not making an endorsement here, far beyond my pay grade to understand. Just that I can see a way it happens. As you say, down fall in Megacities. Hellfires and Tomahawks are nice for strategic reasons or when applicable, buut.. I can see the situation where 32 tomahawks can't compare to a couple thousand rounds of 5'. Both for effect on target and price. Specifically the fight for the out lying islands and the coastal cities. Which will be a war of attrition.Land war with China would essentially become Operation Downfall but with the added horrors of attempting to fight in a modern megacity.
My guess is that it'll make Yugoslavia and Dresden look like garden picnics. But does raise the question of what the fuck does the Battle of Shanghai look like?
I reckon there wouldn't ever be a battle of Shanghai. A Siege is a much better alternative. Now, I'm not making an endorsement here, far beyond my pay grade to understand. But does raise the question of what the fuck does the Battle of Shanghai look like? How do you evacuate that many people? Do you? Or even what strategic value a finance center in a war torn country holds, besides 10+ million people to look after and hate you. Where do you pick your battlefield? There's probably not enough troops in the world to occupy every potential strong point in say Brooklyn. Much less the square area of a Los Angles. Do we return to seiging cities and fighting on the plains? I don't know and man I don't envy the nigga who has to figure this out.
I disagree it will be that easy. I think ports on the mainland are going to need be seized and the threat of an inland thrust evident before the talks begin. From every Chink I met in college, I don't think the people will give up the fight after air and sea supremacy is lost. If they do rise up, it will like be in support of a guy who wants to recreate the Long March. Unless, God willing, the threat is enough; a targeted push inland should be expected. But honestly invading mainland China is a fools errand. Destroy their fleet, cripple their ability to project force and they're already beaten.
I don't think Chinese citizens would tolerate such a loss.
I think they're prideful enough to double down. They'll pull a Japan, demand the death of the general that caused the failure.I reckon there wouldn't ever be a battle of Shanghai. A Siege is a much better alternative.
Block all roads into the city, establish an AA net and starve them out. You'd only need a single Corps instead of several.

Man I'm not looking forward to this.
War, gentlemen, is a terrifying experience.I think they're prideful enough to double down. They'll pull a Japan, demand the death of the general that caused the failure.
As for how to take Shanghai? A siege and a lot of nuclear ordnance. The place is a fucking hive. By the time you're done bombing it conventionally, the destruction WILL be in the kilotons if not megatons of damage.
As for denying their ability to project force, you'd need to blow their ship yards for that. In war mode they would be cranking out rust buckets almost as fast as they could be blown up.
You know the US maybe could revive MacArthur's idea of dealing with the Chinese and instead of turning the Manchurian-Korean border into a radioactive wasteland like ol' Mac wanted, the US could turn China's agricultural land into a bunch of glowing craters and sink their fishing fleets. They are already facing serious issues in their agricultural sector, like 10% of their farmland contaminated with heavy metals, having problems with their ground water supply for irrigation and being the world's largest importer of food doesn't helps either.I disagree it will be that easy. U.S. Marine Corp and Congress since lobbing multi-million dollar cruise missiles at everything is fucking expensive.Who the fuck wants a costal bombardment ship in the 90s even?
Navy tried to used U.S. civilian standard of the ship needs to just stay afloat for a x amount of time for crew to evacuate before sinking. In order for the LCS to be "cheap" and Congress was most unamused by this."Cheap and expendable" should never be used for manned vessels. Nothing manned in the US military should be considered expendable as our soldiers themselves aren't expendable.
Exactly this point where Congress tore several news ones into the Navy. So the both LCS were redesigned to U.S. military standards.Shame on anyone who thinks so little of their own countrymen.
Modern warfare is expensive, trying to replace that with costal bombardment is deranged though, literally just asking for all of your ships to be knocked out by drones.U.S. Marine Corp and Congress since lobbing multi-million dollar cruise missiles at everything is fucking expensive.
Cruise missiles are too expensive and more importantly too few even on a proverbial arsenal ship to replace gun artillery. Secondly, apparently it is the law. As the Marines do have enough intelligence to put down important shit (to them) into congressional law and enforced so the Navy can't reneged on it later.Modern warfare is expensive, trying to replace that with costal bombardment is deranged though, literally just asking for all of your ships to be knocked out by drones.
I wasn't going to say it but, yeah. The answer to the question 'Who wants this out dated but reliable and cheap crap' is alwaysU.S. Marine Corp and Congress since lobbing multi-million dollar cruise missiles at everything is fucking expensive.
I dream of a belt of radioactive cobalt across the neck of ManchuriaYou know the US maybe could revive MacArthur's idea of dealing with the Chinese and instead of turning the Manchurian-Korean border into a radioactive wasteland like ol' Mac wanted, the US could turn China's agricultural land into a bunch of glowing craters and sink their fishing fleets. The masses of hungry Chinese refugees? That is a problem for China and other Asian countries to solve.
The US doesn't have to fight 1 billion angry Chinamen if they can reduce that number by removing a zero from the right. Then again, the remaining Chinese could sustain on their surviving fellow countrymen, like they have done in the past.
What was the more plausible origin of LP's user name? Now here I have to stop and just say, Im way too tired to continue I can't think anymore. This hole thing haves alot more question to be made, but i just can't think.
I still have 2 more things to go on about this Stream in Particular, cause I believe it gives more proof as for LP being a Constant Liar, they aren't as big as a lie as this one. It's about him claiming to not being into Vore(kind of) and another origin story for the His youtuber Name.(more believable one)
What was the more plausible origin of LP's user name?
Also good job with the summary of further showing why LazerPig is a liar.
It ain't half bad. That video could be better.
So is any of this important?
I dont know, but its fucking funny to me.
Thats all from this.
I'm not surprised. I believe we did find traces of this during the initial investigation for the OP. But damn, it goes DEEP. Good job.Lazer Pig vore
