She would definitely be able to divorce rape the shit out of him and leave him in a Lowtax end-of-life scenario. Nick's own parents might even support her. But she doesn't have the initiative. She doesn't have the initiative to open a can of fucking Spaghettios for her kids, leaving that job to be done by Nick's gay lover.
Yeah, the negligence toward the children is really reprehensible. It's like she and Nick were playing house for twenty years and then abruptly decided they didn't want to anymore, but lost the receipt and couldn't return the kids.

And instead of stamping that down, as a real father would do, the cuck Karened out at the teacher like the little bitch he is. This is how you raise a lolcow.

Reminds me of how coddled Russel Greer was. I hope we do not have another such on our hands.

I dunno if I fully buy the gay lover thing (though it would be funny AF, and I don't discount it either), but is really weird to me how Aaron feels compelled to make clear he's blaming his wife, and not Nick, for the no-show in court.

He must think he's getting something really important out of Nick to throw her under the bus like that.

Also, his mental gymnastics throughout all this were really funny. He went through a whole slew of lies (including that they paid the thing) before now settling on "Yeah, Nick did no-show, but it's my wife's fault."

Sure buddy.

My read (based on intuition) is that both are narcissistic and egoists who have to be in charge and 'right'. I hesitate to call it chauvinism (not the kneeling one), but that seems to be closest term...

I missed where he said that. Like unironically he blames his wife and not her lawyer for a no-show in court? Husband of the year right there.
Are we at the point yet where the wives divorce raping both these turds and then running off Thelma and Louise style is the best outcome?

Do you mean like picking up on subtle social cues? That shit is hard tbf, not everyone is good at it.
Yeah, it can be, except Nick insists he's amazing at it. Just check all the shit he tried to fling at Feeder-in-Charge saying he didn't "pick up Nick's social cues" when Nick flipped his shit that Null thought Drexel's behavior was fucking gross and was calling him a groomer, because Drexel's behavior looked exactly like groomer shit. It's even worse when the shit Drexel was saying was literally said on video in Nick's fucking presence, and Nick claims Drexel didn't actually say it and Null was making up everything...except he didn't, because Drexel said it himself.
I know those people have difficulty understanding things like facial expressions, like when someone is looking utterly baffled at their "jokes," but even autistic people can figure out the idea that if nobody is laughing, they're bombing.
He gets butthurt when people don't find his horseshit humorous because he believes himself to be a comedic genius, OR he gets off from people being uncomfortable. Probably both. It's why he started coping with "It's so WEIRD" or "It's so FUNNY" over the dumbest shit when he gets pushback, like with the "reveal" that he had underwear parties in college because he wanted to see women in their underwear. Because being in your underwear is WEIRD and FUNNY. Except there was only 3 women at college who were hot, and and all the other women were ugly. But he wanted everyone to be in their underwear, especially the men. Because it's FUNNY.

As he's stated in the aftermath of his standup, he doesn't care if other people find him funny...because he finds himself hilarious, and good comedians don't care about their comedy being funny to other people, just themselves (lmao).
Also, the autistic people that are fully aware of their tism, and understand that they need to work a little harder to be attentive in social situations.

Nick is not aware, does not understand, does not work, and is not attentive.
He is aware in most cases but he doesn't care because he's an asshole whose entire idea of what's "fun" is based off of making everyone else feel worse--check the DND streams he used to do as a tentacle catgirl, as he derails the entire campaign throughout the sessions by going out of his way to drag it out, and then bitching that it's "taking too long and he's lost interest".

He's an asshole. Just look at how entertained he was when he said the diaper fetish shit with Megan, or just recently with Kurt and the Michelle Obama bit he tried. He gets way too fucking excited and happy when people visibly show disgust or discomfort towards the gross shit he says. It's probably the entire point for him saying the gross shit he says. I'd argue the opposite, he's actually MORE attentive BECAUSE he wants a negative reaction.

It all circles back to Nick being an asshole. I don't understand how he has even one friend, because it seems like he treats them all like toys he can play with until he can discard them for being critical of his obnoxious behavior.

Even with her recent weight loss, she looks fine.
Fine for a horror movie ghoul.
the other layer is ageist youngsters online - prediction: Rekieta and his wife will look uglier every year
(1) Making some bold assumptions there. You don't have a clue on the demographics of Nick's FORMER audience.
(2) We're not the ones futilely getting bad plastic surgery in order to defy aging.
Kayla is a "work in progress".
Unfortunately, this type of work in progress. More horrific with every photo.

One two of the most important things in stand up comedy (despite the jokes of course) is the ability to Read the Room, and Timing. Nick is absolute fucking trash at both of these things.
Poor Nick can't read social cues and thinks he is the most interesting man in the room.
This looks like an empty stomach if I ever saw one.
Gruesome. Looks like she has no intestines.
My sympathy is largely dependent on to what degree Nick influenced her. I think Kayla has more sunk costs in this situation, she's had numerous kids and if she were to be the one to leave Nick, she's a late 40s woman with 5 underage kids, may leave her in a hard position for another relationship.
She is an adult. If she doesn't have enough sense or motivation to get out of the situation she gets what she fucking deserves.

It wouldn't be that hard with a big old chunk of the grandparent's money.

Social situations r boring.

Even if April totally shit the bed and did something like telling Nick the wrong day for the hearing or lied that the matter was already resolved, Nick has the professional responsibility as the attorney of record to know what's going on in the docket of his case and when he's obligated to show up. Failure for an attorney to appear is actual sanctionable conduct.

This is Professional Ethics and Responsibility 101.

yeah attorneys get retard clients who feed them false information and made up nonsense all the time
part of their job is to double check and know better

Yeah, I'm a bit confused at everyone's reaction too. He says, "Gotta show up for speeding ticket court, though. My wife needed to take care of that ticket."

With his tone, I took it as him saying, "Seriously, Nick? She really needed that taken care of, and you blew it off. Come on, man." I think he just worded it poorly.

I don't disagree, just pointing out some reasons I could see for being reluctant to just walk out. With that many kids involved I'd certainly hesitate to just split, both as a father or a mother. Clearly neither of them care about the kids though so it's a moot point. I do still think it's Rekieta's job as the trad man of the house to take responsibility for letting his family fall apart though. Most signs point to him initiating the spiral.

I think more often than not, he doesn't understand.

He seems to truly think he can behave like a complete asshole, and it's completely fine because it's "FUNNY", and his friends should see how funny he is. He also believes people that leave him "betray him", particularly when he claims he made their careers, when anyone else can see that's ridiculous, because who wouldn't want to distance themselves from a virus?

Also remember that "What do people want?!" Locals stream? He is crying, whimpering about how he doesn't get why people want him to go back to the way he used to be, and he whines "BUT I NEVER DID THE THIIIING!" He really doesn't understand what people want, or how they can come to the conclusions they do about him. I think he is dead-convinced that nothing about him or his presentation has ever changed, so people wanting him to go back to the old ways is baffling to him.

I agree that he's an asshole that probably has very few friends (and not by choice), but I think he's such a social retard that he doesn't get why people don't like him, why people are bothered by his "jokes", and why his contact list is dwindling.

We've all seen what kind of man Nick is. A gaslighting, abusive, drunk who doesn't care for his kids very much. That some speculate only had so many to get a bigger chunk of his grandparent's estate. No father is better than an abusive, substance abusing father.

It's in the clip Elb posted two pages ago, here.

He said "My wife needed to take care of that ticket." Not that she needed it taken care of by Nick. That she needed to take care of it.

Mind you this is after he said on a previous show that they gave it to Rekieta to handle so that they wouldn't have to deal with it.

Absolutely correct. However, he's gonna skate on it, because who, that the OPLR would actually care about, is gonna file the grievance?

The Imholte's almost certainly won't.

That's why I said earlier he's lucky he didn't do this to some random client off the street, but rather people that are willing to keep on sucking his dick for whatever stupid ass reason.

With his tone, I took it as him saying, "Seriously, Nick? She really needed that taken care of, and you blew it off. Come on, man." I think he just worded it poorly.
He might have meant that (being charitable), but if he did, he had really bad word choice. See above.

Plus, there are plenty of other examples of him treating April like shit, so I'm not feeling particularly charitable. Sorry.

He didn't blame his wife at all. He said he was joking, and then said, well, not really, because April needed to take care of the ticket.

In other words, he sounds at least a little annoyed with Nick.

He's also well aware of what happened whereas before he suggested that April had paid it off, which would lead me to believe that either April didn't tell Aaron what was going on or Nick didn't tell April that he didn't bother showing up to the hearing.

I suspect Nick will smooth things over by offering to pay for the ticket or something.

I agree he's probably a little annoyed, but I interpret his words the other way: That he's trying to cover somewhat for Nick by shifting blame to April.

I'm not gonna belabor how I interpreted his words though. That can be saved for a future Imholte thread. Which I'm sure will happen eventually. I agree your interpretation might be correct, and mine is incorrect. His word choice made things unclear.

I guess at the end of the day the main thing is Nick no-showed, April was convicted, and now Aaron finally admits it.

You're the one who came in and claimed her weight loss was due to popping out kids, I guess you conceded on that.
In addition to what I listed previously, he said any woman above 140lbs (or was it 150?) is "obese". Apparently, because a woman isn't allowed to be taller than 5'6''.

I also remember him saying how little his wife is now and how much it pleased him or something, something about having to buy new clothes.

She's evidently been shedding drastically after Balldo's shaming, his friendship with 0.1/10 ugly Mexican Jew faggot juju and MANdy thirst. Take the L and move on. Go blame him for shaming his own wife in front of an audience of thousands and trying to appease an ugly balding Mexican hedonist with those infantile fucking "jokes".

They should shut their whore mouths about appearances when they look like this blob of pubic hair.
